My.SSScansubmitthesalaryloanapplicationonline.Thesalaryloansubmittedonlinebyanemployedmemberwillbedirectedto
theemployer'sMy.SSSaccountforcertification,hence,theemployershouldalsohaveanSSSWebaccount.
OFWmembersmayalsofiletheirsalaryloanapplicationattheSSRepresentativeOfficesinselectedcountries.IncasethereisnoSSS
officeinaparticularcountrytheymaysendtheirapplicationandsupportingdocumentstotheirrelativeshereinthePhilippinesand
authorizethemtofileattheSSSbranch.Documentsissuedinothercountryshouldbedulyauthenticatedorcertifiedbythe
PhilippineConsulate/Embassy.TheymayalsosendtheapplicationandsupportingdocumentstoForeignBranchExpansionand
MonitoringDepartmentthrumail(3/FSSSBuilding,EastAvenue,Diliman,QuezonCity)orfax(6324359814).
