URGENT MOTION TO LIFT

WARRANT OF ARREST
COMES NOW, the Accused, in the aboveentitled case, by
herself and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully moves
to lift the Warrant of Arrest and in support thereof, most
respectfully avers:
1.
That on May 3, 2016, the Honorable Court ordered the
issuance of a Warrant of Arrest against herein accused for her
failure to appear at her Arraignment on said date;
2.
That accused was not able to attend the Court
appointed hearing relative to her arraignment since she had no
Notice of said scheduled arraignment;
3.
That accused failure to appear on her scheduled
arraignment was not deliberate or meant to belittle the Court
Notice re her arraignment or belittle the proceedings of the case
but for the reason afore-stated;
4.
That this Motion is not meant to delay the proceedings
of the case;
5.
That accused humbly beseech the kindness and
empathy of the Honorable Court, that the Warrant of Arrest
against her be lifted and/or recalled.

P R A Y E R

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that this Motion be given its due
weight and credence and that the Warrant of Arrest issued
against accused be lifted and/or recalled.
Accused pray for other reliefs and remedies just and
equitable under the premises.
