C. CUPRINS SEMINAR
1. nvarea la aduli
Teme de discuie: definiii ale nvrii, caracteristici ale nvrii la aduli, nvarea prin
experien, stiluri de nvare i tehnici de instruire.
Timp: 2 ore
2. Conflictul n organizaie
Teme de discuie: definiii, perspective ale conflictului, cauze ale conflictelor, managementul
conflictelor, utilizarea stilurilor de management a conflictului, rezultate posibile n cazul
conflictelor.
Timp: 2 ore
3. Comunicarea
Teme de discuie: conceptul de comunicare, procesul de comunicare, stiluri de feedback,
comunicarea n grupuri, comunicarea n organizaie.
Timp: 2 ore
4. Creativitatea
Teme de discuie: definiii, perspective asupra creativitii, etapele procesului creativ, caracteristici
ale persoanelor creative, tipuri de creativitate, factori care influeneaz creativitatea ntr-o
organizaie, tehnici de stimulare a creativitii.
Timp: 2 ore
5. Munca n grup
Teme de discuie: conceptul de grup i echip, funciile unei echipe, fazele unui grup, rolurile ntro echip, sociograma.
Timp: 2 ore
6. Personalitatea
Teme de discuie: definiii ale personalitii, abordri ale personalitii, Hipocrate i Jung,
avantajele i dezavantajele testelor de personalitate, tipuri de teste de personalitate (Mayer
Briggs Type Indicator, 16PF - Personality Factors, NEO-PI-R - Neuroticism Extraversion
Openness Personality Inventor Revised)

7. Cultura organizaional
Teme de discuie: definiii, elemenetele culturii organizaionale, evaluarea culturii organizaionale,
tipuri de culturi orgasnizaionale, factori ce influeneaz cultura organizaional.
Timp: 2 ore
Activitile din cadrul seminarului implic: prezentarea unor teorii, exerciii pe echipe,
jocuri de rol, administrarea unor teste psihometrice (stiluri de nvare, stiluri de a
reaciona la conflict, rolul n cadrul echipei, tipuri de personalitate etc), discuii de grup
etc.
Bibliografie facultativ este prezentat mai jos. Poate fi consultant orice surs
relevant pentru temele abordate. Bibliografia de mai jos a stat ntr-o anumit proporie la
baza materialelor realizate pentru cursul de Psihologie Organizaional. Aceste materiale
(care n parte vor fi trimise pe mail) sunt importante pentru examenul final.
