COMES NOW THE UNDERSIGNED COUNSELS, under the

direct control and supervision of the Public Prosecutor unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:
1. That they are entering their appearance as Private
Prosecutors, in the above-entitled cases, under the
direct control and supervision of the Public
Prosecutor;
2. As proof of the undersigned counsels authority to
appear as counsel for the private complainant
NFA, and to prosecute cases for and behalf of NFA,
copies of their written authority from the Office of
the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) are
hereto attached as ANNEXES A and A-1 and
made as integral parts hereof;
3. Likewise, the undersigned counsels are duly
authorized by the Provincial Prosecutor of Ilocos
Sur, to appear as Private Prosecutors in the aboveentitled cases. A copy of their written Authority to
Prosecute from the Office of the Provincial
Prosecutor of Ilocos Sur is hereto attached as
ANNEX B to form part hereof:
