DRYDOCK INSTRUCTIONS

As a preliminary advance of the arrival details, pls be informed as follows:


Astander shipyard may only be reached at daylight in highwater tide, that means, the pilot
will be boarding the vessel aprox. 2 hours before highwater-time. Best trimming for
docking puposes 3 feet aprox.
Neverthless our Ship Operator Fernando well coordinate everything with Captain, Pilots &
Shipyard in order not to delay any time and minimize costs.
SPARE PARTS SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
AIR FREIGHT SENDING SPARES
When sending spare parts by airfreight to the vessel, pls make sure that the final destination
is the airport of Santander, 3 km away from the shipyard, even most likely youll be unable
to get connections and forced to re-route to Bilbao, and Airway bill marked as follows:

The other Airport in our area is the airport of Bilbao, 100 km away from the shipyard, it is
also valid in case you cannot get flights to Santander.
COURIER
If spares are being sent by Courier Mail, please send to the same address as mentioned
above.

SENDING BY TRUCK
If spares are being sent by truck and in order to avoid possible penalties with Custom
Authorities, make sure that the final destination is our address only in the invoice, the
delivery address is Shipyard. Spares cannot be delivered on board without our prior
authorization. Instruct drivers to phone us: + 34 942 21 62 50 or mobile + 34 619 41 86 39
around one hour before arrival and asking for Emma Daz.
CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS DETAILS:
WE WILL ALWAYS NEED PROFORMA INVOICE OR COMERCIAL INVOICE FOR
ALL SPARE PARTS.
A. Spares arriving in transit by plane through European Union countries: A commercial
invoice for Customs purposes attached to it or faxed in advance is required.. Our
customs department will arrange the Customs Transit document for being delivered
on board.
For spares coming by truck from foreign European Community countries (third countries)
then the European Single Document Administrative items 4, 5 and 7 have to be attached for
allowing us to arrange the Customs clearance and delivery onboard.
B. Spares arriving from the European Community countries could be forwarded if duly
despatched with a Single European Community Document item 3
.
Or if spares would have to be dispatched at Santander we would need a commercial invoice
for Customs purposes attached to it or faxed in advance and in this case we will need to
know the Fiscal-Revenue representative in Santander for the Shippers/Exporters.
Provided all the documents right on arrival, the delivery on board should be made in less
than one day.
