Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the GM, oversee the structure and business model of the company.
Organise and manage various promotions and marketing initiatives, including implementation of the marketing plan
for the Natooke cycle business and the corporate identity.
Organise company involvement and representation at major events such as the Danish Climate Race, World Health
Organisation Ride, and the company booth at the JUE Music Festival Market.
Create media output for promotions/advertising campaigns, including photographing performances (such as Bike to Jue
and new builds, as well as writing copy for banners, handouts and vouchers.
Manage social media channels, the company newsletter, and reinvigorating the Natooke website.
Ensure each is updated regularly and that content is consistent with the companys social media

orts.

Supervise, coach and mentor Interns as well as assist with the recruitment process when required.

Major Achievements:
Due to demonstrating consistently high levels of performance during Internship, awarded a promotion involving
providing support to and working directly alongside the GM. In addition, also given further responsibility for training
and mentoring new Interns.
Designed and distributed creative and innovative handouts, newsletters, vouchers and banners which have resulted
in signi cantly increasing the publics awareness of the company brand.
Put together a strategic plan to reduce excess or obsolete in-store stock and increase storage space for latest models
The initiative, which included selling bikes and accessories at discounted prices, resulted in a quicker turnover and
release of capital, as well as strong repeat and referral business leading to higher sales.
Participated in a team project which involved developing and submitting proposals to embassies and Western organisation
Set up clear maintenance procedures, whereby customers are now charged for repairs and check-ups. This in turn
has resulted in reducing company losses and increasing revenue.

Interests include Natooke bicycle riding, Chinese food, art galleries, travelling and experiencing
new cultures, plus learning a bit of the Chinese language.
Personal Achievements:
One of the few people in New Zealand to drive a 50cc motor scooter from Christchurch to
Picton. Befriend a gang of Harley Davidson riders on the way and led the convoy o the
ferry at Wellington, to my mothers horror who was supposed to be picking me up.
Spent time in countries throughout Indo -China and India to experience and develop an
understanding of other cultures . This has led to a greater awareness and drive for an
understanding of the global community.
Global Enterprise Experi ence highly commended for leading one of the top 6 out of 96 teams.
