ASUGAL ALBI 90
Soaping auxiliary with dispersing properties for washing off treatment of dyeing and printing.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Reactive dyestuffs soaping in continuous and discontinuous processes.

Applicable in to reduction clearing process after dyeing with disperse dyestuffs.

It is specially indicated for washing off treatment of PES-lycra fabrics, improving their
washing fastness and fastness to solvents.

Its remarkable dispersing and anti-backstaining properties make the product highly effective
in washing off of vat and sulphur dyeings.

Suitable for washing off reactive printing.

15 minutes at 80 85C.

Continuous soaping of reactive vat, sulphur dyeings:

2 4 gr/L

ASUGAL ALBI 90

*According to specific working conditions of each dyeing system.

Soaping of reactive dyeing:
Rinse with cold water to eliminate electrolyte.
Rinse with hot water.
Soaping:
0,5 3 gr/L

ASUGAL ALBI 90

20 minutes at 100C. Drop, if necessary repeat the process.

Rinse hot and warm water.
Reduction clearing of PES / Lycra blends:
2 4 gr/L

REDUCTOR H-113

1 2 gr/L

Caustic soda 50%

0,5 2 gr/L

ASUGAL ALBI 90

or

2 gr/L Sodium carbonate

20 minutes at 80C 85C.

Soaping of reactive for printing

It is very important to add ASUGAL ALBI 90 in the bath before loading fabric.

The advisable liquor ratio is 9:1 / 10:1

1) Cold water

1,5 3 gr/l

ASUGAL ALBI 90

2) Water at 100 C

1,5 3 gr/l

ASUGAL ALBI 90

3) If necessary, repeat the latter treatment

4) Rinse with water at 50 C
5) Rinse with cold water
