The CB-HOME program is not open to staff (including their friends & families) of the Concord Brentwood Limited Partnership (the Vendor) and its affiliated companies.
A purchase made under this program cannot be combined with any other promotion and incentive. All calculations are approximate and for general illustrative purpose
only. The CB-HOME program is subject to detailed terms and rules stipulated solely by the Vendor. The Vendor may change, expand, reduce or cancel the CB-HOME
program at any time without notice. This is not an offering for sale. Any such offering will only be made with the applicable disclosure statement. E. & O.E.
* Total deposit reduced from 25% to 15% and must be paid in 3 installments: 5% in 2016 at the time of purchase, 5% on February 1, 2017 & 5% on February 1, 2018.
** Provided that the deposit payments are up to date according to the Purchase & Sale Agreement (the PSA), CB-HOME Buyers will earn POWER DEPOSIT POINTS
at a linear rate of 6% for every full year from the deposit paid up to a maximum accumulated total of 18% of all deposits paid throughout the entire period between the date
of the PSA and closing. Each POWER DEPOSIT POINT will be converted to $1 for the CB-HOME Buyer 7 days after closing. There is absolutely no cash value of the
POWER DEPOSIT POINT other than as set out in a separate power deposit point agreement entered into between the CB-HOME Buyer and the Vendor or an entity related
to the Vendor. The Vendor has no other obligations to the CB-HOME Buyer. Sample mortgage payment for illustration purpose only is based on 3.65% interest rate, 25
year amortization, 85% financing on purchase price and net GST.
*** All intended purchasers on title under the CB-HOME program must apply in person at the Concord Pacific Presentation Centre in Burnaby, B.C. between 11 AM 5
PM and 11 AM to 3 PM respectively on June 18 & 19, 2016. Applicants must (1) provide their original government issued identifications or other documentation
acceptable to the Vendor to prove citizenship or permanent resident status (birth certificate, citizenship card/certificate, Canadian passport, nexus card or permanent
resident card or permanent resident visa) and BC residency in the past 24 months (income tax return or BC Drivers license together with other proof of residency in B.C.;
(2) sign a statutory declaration prepared by the Vendors lawyer attesting on never owning or holding an interest in a residential property anywhere in the world at any time;
(3) and present a bank draft in the amount of $5,000 payable to McCarthy Tetrault LLP in Trust; and (4) obtain financing from an institutional lender for at least 60% of the
purchase price. A CB-HOME buyer fulfilling the above requirements and specifically accepted by the Vendor in writing is a "Verified Applicant".
**** Not less than the first half of the 60 Verified Applicants will be invited to a purchase appointment session of Hillside West Tower 1; release to be announced by the
Vendor. The first 25 Verified Applicants will be guaranteed a purchase opportunity under the CB-HOME program at the designated appointment time. Remaining
applicants will fill in unclaimed quota for Tower 1 or opt to buy without the CB-HOME package or move to a guaranteed priority spot at the launch of Hillside West Tower
2. The remaining half of the Verified Applicants will be invited to the launch of Hillside West Tower 2.
