Governing Laws of Covenant Family

The 10 Commandments
Moses called all the people of Israel together and said, Listen carefully, Israel. Hear the decrees and regulations I am giving you today, so
you may learn them and obey them!
The Lord our God made a covenant with us at Mount Sinai. The Lord did not make this covenant with our ancestors, but with all of us
who are alive today. At the mountain the Lord spoke to you face to face from the heart of the fire. I stood as an intermediary between you
and the Lord, for you were afraid of the fire and did not want to approach the mountain. He spoke to me, and I passed his words on to
you. This is what he said:

1. I am the Lord your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt, the place of your slavery. You must not have any other god but
me.
2. You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind, or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea. You
must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for
any other gods. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children; the entire family is affectedeven children in the third and fourth
generations of those who reject me. But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those who love me and obey my
commands.
3. You must not misuse the name of the Lord your God. The Lord will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name.
4. Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the Lord your God has commanded you. You have six days each week for your
ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the Lord your God. On that day no one in your household
may do any work. This includes you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, your oxen and donkeys and other
livestock, and any foreigners living among you. All your male and female servants must rest as you do. Remember that you were

once slaves in Egypt, but the Lord your God brought you out with his strong hand and powerful arm. That is why the Lord your
God has commanded you to rest on the Sabbath day.
5. Honor your father and mother, as the Lord your God commanded you. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord your
God is giving you.
6. You must not murder.
7. You must not commit adultery.
8. You must not steal.
9. You must not testify falsely against your neighbor.
10. You must not covet your neighbors wife. You must not covet your neighbors house or land, male or female servant, ox or donkey,
or anything else that belongs to your neighbor.
The Lord spoke these words to all of you assembled there at the foot of the mountain. He spoke with a loud voice from the heart of the
fire, surrounded by clouds and deep darkness. This was all he said at that time, and he wrote his words on two stone tablets and gave
them to me.

International Mission
The overall global initiative of the Nation of Israel is to preach the Good News of the King of Israel, Jesus Christ, to all nations,
kingdoms and languages of people. This message is repentance of sin by turning to God and believing in his Son, the Lamb of God.
Through King Jesus Christ of Israel all nations can place their faith in our Messiah and Family Redeemer as they obey the Word of God,
the Holy Bible. There is forgiveness of sin when we place our faith in God's one and only Son, Jesus Christ, and repent of your sins.

After Jesus rose from the dead early on Sunday morning, the first person who saw him was Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom he
had cast out seven demons. She went to the disciples, who were grieving and weeping, and told them what had happened. But when she
told them that Jesus was alive and she had seen him, they didnt believe her.
Afterward he appeared in a different form to two of his followers who were walking from Jerusalem into the country. They rushed back to
tell the others, but no one believed them.
Still later he appeared to the eleven disciples as they were eating together. He rebuked them for their stubborn unbelief because they
refused to believe those who had seen him after he had been raised from the dead. And they excused themselves, saying, This age of
lawlessness and unbelief is under Satan, who does not permit Gods truth and power to conquer the evil spirits. Therefore, reveal your
justice now. This is what they said to Christ. And Christ replied to them, The period of years of Satans power has been fulfilled, but other
dreadful things will happen soon. And I was handed over to death for those who have sinned, so that they may return to the truth and sin
no more, and they may inherit spiritual, incorruptible, and righteous glory in heaven.
And then he told them, Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved.
But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned. These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out
demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything
poisonous, it wont hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.
When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down in the place of honor at Gods right hand.
And the disciples went everywhere and preached, and the Lord worked through them, confirming what the said by many miraculous signs.
Mark 9:15-20

Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for
those who walk in Gods ways; fools will never walk there.

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

National Goals Overview

The National Goals of Action are established on the purpose of national solidarity of members as one family community. Each
member of our community agrees to deposit their unique value of talents, dedication, resources, and intelligence in making the Nation of
Israel a desirable place to live for all community members. Many have sacrificed every resource available to them in their dedication to
the establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. We, as a people, must
not forget all the holy people of God who gave their lives, time, resources,

Unfailing love and faithfulness protect the king; his

throne is made secure through love. Proverbs 20:28

intelligence, and unfailing devotion in building the community we all can enjoy
with unfailing pride. Today, all community members, whether a citizen or non-citizen, is expected to work toward the good of the Lord
God, King Jesus Christ, and the Nation of Israel. We are many people who have bravely chosen to remain dedicated to the progress of our
faith, love, and hope to take root and flourish throughout the Earth.
Outlined in the National Goals of Action designs the course of our heritage, legacy, and future. The course toward integrity,
prosperity, health, peace, and an endless family heirloom. As we work together our Hebrew expression of, Shalom! or Peace be upon
you! is amplified by our ability and desire to build with genuine love of one another and the Lord Jesus Christ. The Jewish people have
faced many challenges that have diverted their direction into a downward spiral; however, the Jewish family is the only civilization able to
rebuild and recapture what has been lost and learn from our faults. Nations have risen. Nations have fallen. A stronger nation may replace
the kingdom of prior authority. However, only the Nation of Israel can rise and fall and return, through faithful dedication, to a heritage
of honor and humility. The purpose of the National Goals for Action are to prevent the future downfall of the Jewish-Hebrew Nation of
Israel. Our historical past of national disgrace can be used as a humble reminder of the severity of observing the Covenant of God with
unfailing dedication. We must not archive our historical failures as mindless memories that should be shunned for the sake of
embarrassment. Rather, we, the family of Israel, must take these past events of failures as the reason to embrace the family honor of being

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

recognized as an Israelite from the House of Jacob. Today, we can make an impact in our family legacy to reflect the seriousness of our
faith, family honor, and patriotism.
Today, the Nation of Israel is filled with even more challenges than those of ancient pasts. We have a vast amount of knowledge,
technology, and modern methods that can combat with the wisdom of faith in God. Israelites are known as being an intelligence race of
people because of our natural aspiration of seeking the wisdom of God. The Israelite family must not permit the holiness of our JewishHebrew culture to fade into a religious culture instead of an inherited culture of faith. Every Israelite citizen has inherited the ability to
remain in constant union with the Heavenly Father, Yahweh, and the Son of God, King Jesus Christ.
The National Goals for Action display our sophistication as a nation of honor, pride, integrity, harmony, and wisdom. The Nation
of Israel is able to afford the amenities that display our sophistication because of our collective inclination to remain committed.
Commitment is what promotes the welfare of all community members but furthermore, ensures that we secure the eternal throne of King
Jesus Christ forever. When the Israelite nation is sent into exile for their disregard to the Covenant of God, the Lords kingdom is removed
from the Earth. Thus, it will take the community a greater amount of work to rebuild what we and our ancestors have lost as an
inheritance. There is work exerted in the building and rebuilding of any sophisticated kingdom. Therefore, the whole community of
Israel is reminded that The National Goals for Action is the vibrant picture of required dedication and sacrifice that all of Israel will have
to exhibit. All citizens of the Nation of Israel are responsible in the expectation of being in good standing with the Lord God of Israel,
King Jesus Christ, who is Israels Heavenly Father. Once our nation is firmly established, we, the people of Israel, will require the same
zeal, dedication, and harmony to continue the progress without loss of our national inheritance and family achievements.
Finally, The National Goals of Action remind government officials, civil leaders, and the general citizens of the prerequisite for
painting vibrant visions and expressive enthusiasm. Each national goals displays the opportunities for the Israelite family to contribute
their talents, service, and commitment in honoring their eternal family legacy. The Levitical priest and royal monarch will pave the way of
contributions, sacrifice, and dedication to propel the community of Israel forward. All other government officials and community leaders,

will also contribute their service in serving the Lord and the family of Israel. The Lord has given us governing laws to establish a royal
empire where all members share in the elegance and spender of the national achievements of our faith. We are a family community of
teamwork and partnership, where all community members are expected to assist in the active progression of continually building our
community. As the population of the Israelite family increases, the Nation of Israel looks forward to the progression and expansion of all
national tribal territory. The National Goals of Actions are formatted to aid in the progression of building an international community.
With proper organization and planning, the professional necessity of management and strategized development is amplified in the vision
of prominence. The National Goals of Actions outline all major points required for fully establishing the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
Through the Nation of Israel, all nations are availed the ability to receive the blessing of salvation for their unfailing love and dedication to
the Kingdom of the Jews.

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

Goal 1: Leadership Development

Leadership is the most essential component to the success of any establishment of government authority. Leadership is what fuels
our country forward in the progression of family fidelity. The Nation of Israel is comprised of a monarchy administration that displays the
Jewish-Hebrew heritage of our culture. This dynasty realm is built from the native descendants of the Lord God of Israel, King Jesus
Christ of the throne of King David of Israel. The development of leadership is not taught in textbooks, but built through the willingness to
demonstrate discipline, courage, humility, integrity, wisdom, and faith in Israels Heavenly Father, Yahweh. Leadership development is
the progression of characters, self-identity, experience, and bravery. All aspects of our community is comprised through the guidance of
observing the requirement of King Jesus Christ.

While our chief tribal members are from the royal bloodline of King Jesus Christ and King David, all community members are
expected to display leadership qualities. There is room for leadership in every aspect of our community. We are consistently creating new
opportunities for community leaders to display their desire to exemplify our national core values. Our community leaders work with
community members to connect each individual neighborhood of our nation into one interconnected family community. Therefore, we
considerately utilize numerous of approaches that assist in the evolution of leadership development for community development. We
have found by building leadership qualities among the diversified levels of all community members, we are able to reduce the amount of
resources required to criminally prosecute our community members. This had aided in the ability to properly utilize community
resources to develop other needs of our community such as nationwide tax-invested recreational services: municipal pools, fitness parks,
municipal breastfeeding nurseries, and playgrounds. In addition to these amenities, our community members are also able to enjoy taxinvested high-quality education for children and adults. These are just a few examples of how building responsible leadership
characteristics among our vastly diverse community builds our national success and prestige. By investing time and resources in the

development of building responsible character discipline among our general community members, we, the people our Israel, are able to
share in the evolution of leadership development.
Listen to me, my people. Hear me, Israel, for my law
will be proclaimed, and justice will become a light to the
nations. My mercy and justice are coming soon. My
salvation is on the way. My strong arm will bring
justice to the nations. All distant lands will loot to me
and wait in hope for my powerful arm. Isaiah 51:4-5

Our national government is designed upon the foundation of the Holy

Bible, containing both the New Testament and the Old Testament. The Lord
has permitted the Levitical priest from the tribe of Levi to direct the
government of Israel with legislative authority in the planning, development,
organization, and management of the twelve tribes of Israel and the temporary

foreigners who reside among us. However, tribal leadership is required to adhere to the principals of our biblical heritage and culture in
their jurisdiction of legislation. The culture of the Nation of Israel is cultivated from the biblical inheritance received from the Word of
God through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Our responsibility as leaders is shared among all community members of Israel, regardless of
gender. Women are able to share in the honors of leadership throughout the community of Israel. Recognizing the efforts of
achievement from all community members has increased the development of progressing and securing our future forward. We appreciate
the evolution of leadership as permitted through the power of King Jesus Christ.

Goal 2: Stabilized Economy

The ability to provide an economic environment where all citizens enjoy the fruits of prosperity whether directly or
indirectly is primitive to our national security. In the efforts to promote the general welfare of all community members, our government
officials ensure that all basic needs of each community member is continuously provided for. This not only improves the overall integrity
of the community of Israel, but enhances the quality of life for people, both old and young, whether man or woman. The stability of our
economic status enhances the fruitfulness of our government, municipal, commercial and industrial development sectors.

The stability of a national economic system can be fortified

through general steps and an overall insurance that each citizen is fully
able to enjoy their basic rights under a just and fair government. The
basic needs of each community members include shelter, food, clothing,
and social interaction. All citizens should have continuous access to

Sing, O childless woman, you who have never given birth!

Break into loud and joyful song, O Jerusalem, you who have
never been in labor. For the desolate woman no has more
children than the woman who lives with her husband, says
the Lord. Enlarge you house; build an addition. Spread out
your home, and spare no expense! For you will soon be
bursting at the seams. Your descendants will occupy other
nations and resettle the ruined cities. Isaiah 54:1-3

these basic provisions regardless of economic status. Having any

economically deprived neighborhood, drains the viable value of our national territory. Nationwide, all community neighborhoods are
honorably built with the integrity and wholesomeness of quality. Furthering, the advancement of economic stability is equipped with our
workforce of highly qualified personnel. Throughout our community working class members can find their preferable career in many
challenging industries such as mechanical engineering, biodiversity specialties, environmental science, plumbing and sanitation,
administration, culinary arts, or even being a college professor. Citizens of Israel who desire the greater challenge of entrepreneurship are
welcomed to establish their own agricultural, commercial or industrial enterprise. We offer numerous advanced career professions to
inspire the quality of life of our most motivated community members. There are good communities and there are great communities.

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

The Nation of Israel serves to be the greatest of all communities throughout the world by providing a stimulating environment for
national economic achievement.

Throughout the national territory of the Nation of Israel, our community can be described as luxurious for its green pastures filled
with healthy livestock or flourishing with the new season crops. As in the time of our ancestors, the family of Jacob is widely an
agricultural community development. Caring for our own flocks of animals lessens are economic dependence upon foreign governments.
Furthermore, our animals are carefully cared for and largely protected under our animal rights and welfare laws. We have also reduced
the dependence of importing other food sources such as grains, fruits, vegetables, and fish. Eliminating the expensive dependence of
reliance on foreign government has progressed the economic stability of the Nation of Israel. In addition, the ability to provide our
community with fresh local produce, fish, dairy, and meats has greatly improved the health of our community members, thus eliminating
costly effects toward our health care industry. Our agriculture development continues to improve the security of life for our community
members and improves the prestige our culture. This investment has extended the worth of our community asset and increased land
value.

All employed community members of the Nation of Israel provide a pool of resources in their work performance that supports the
economic output and reduces the economic strain upon the government treasury. Developing proper economic procedures intensifies the
proficiency of utilized resources, workforce development, and maintaining a sufficient national net worth. Remembering, economic
stability begins with a properly educated and well-trained workforce with the ability to promote an economic stimulus. A qualified
workforce employment team with justifiable wages, responsible spending of government funds, and tracking of government budgets,
income, and spending also appropriates for the economic security that our community desires so much. The economic stability of our

community is a mutual expectation of all community members, whether a government official, civic leader, student, or working citizen.

Goal 3: Infrastructure Development & Management

The Nation of Israel have grown in its sophistication and technological advancements since the times of Abraham through King
David of Israel. This forward thinking has progressed the economic development, national security, and intellectual advancement of the
Nation of Israel. The Nation of Israel is reputed for its ability to construct, develop, manage, and plan the organization of individual
neighborhoods, including agricultural, commercial and industrial developments. However, many people do not realize the importance in
the development and management of the infrastructure that kept Israel progressing as an economically stable nation. Infrastructure is the
establishment of any intellectually advanced civilization with the ability to further development and progression. For this reason, our
team of professionals continue to invest in the sufficiency of national resources for the development of infrastructure.

The foundational framework of the Nation of Israel is dependent upon the infrastructural development of resources, structures,
buildings, and proper management, and care of such utilities. Such examples of utilizes include roads, bridges, seaports, lighting post,
garrison stations, playgrounds, government building, and educational facilities. These basic utilities are commonly used by all citizens
and make up an assortment of community amenities that is enjoyable by all community members. Proper infrastructure planning and
development equips our community for both purpose and growth through the ability of remaining connected. The family connection of
our community is filled throughout the national territory of Israel. Every city of Israel is purposed for the ability to provide a necessary
resource to aid in the development of community success. The development of infrastructure creates a specialized industry of careers that
propel our community to build additional career fields. The importance of responsible infrastructural development also has an enormous
impact toward the progression of our economic stability for other commercial and industrial developments. Proper development of
infrastructural development greatly enhances our ability to remain proficient in our ability of economic stability.

National disasters happen in the blink of an eye. Our community officials utilize every resource in our grasp to prepare our
community for the possibilities of any natural disaster or urgent emergency circumstances. One resources that we use to safeguard our
community in the cause of a national disaster is proper management, planning, organization, and development of infrastructure.
Ensuring that majors roads are able to endure the increased requirements of an evacuation with clear evacuation routes to emergency
shelters is proper infrastructure development. Also, properly managing and supervising government seaports protects the security of our
valuable resources and community members. We have implemented numerous types of public utilizes for the mobilization of our
community and connection of our neighborhoods. All communities are connected with paved roads, highways, and bridges that are
maintained by government investments from tax-payers. Responsible planning and development of government services and amenities
produces an environment of social security among all community members who consider Israel their home.

Proper construction of all buildings and utilities is just as important as continuous care and management. Properly managing
government utilities that are paid for by the tax-payers of the Nation of Israel reduces irresponsible government spending to prematurely
replacement of such amenities. Our government regularly invests in the care and supervision of municipal tools, equipment, buildings
and utilities. Decreasing the overall fiscal requirement of untimely replacement for damage infrastructures permits government officials
to properly invest government resources in other sectors of our community. Infrastructure is the greatest impact toward fiscal budget and
responsible government spending. Responsible planning, building, maintenance, and replacement of building and utilities keeps our
community safe, mobile, connected, and evolving.

Goal 4: Transportation & Engineering Development

Transit Engineering, also referred to as transport engineering, is the application of knowledgeable study in the planning, designing,
operation, and management of transit utilities, equipment, and facilities for the operation of transportation. Proper Transit Engineering
equips neighborhoods, commerce developments, agricultural services, industrial enterprises, and government personnel to the various
resources of surrounding neighborhood reserves. To accurately apply the various modes of transit engineering as a proficient resource
and amenity, experts study the developmental needs of neighborhoods and commerce developments to match the required sources for
transit compatibility. These several factors are taken into consideration: commute times and distances, safety, convenience, economic
resources, and environmental factors of commuting commercial goods and people to various areas around our empire. The establishment
of convenient municipal rest areas for the care, maintenance, and respite of both transit animals and commuters are just another amenity
of proper Transit Engineering.

Transit engineering functions through the scientific technology of studying commuters transit patterns, needs, and preferences
with consideration of proper development of transit sources and utilizes. Transportation methods include sidewalks, bike lanes, roads,
highways, bridges, seaports, airports, railroads, and waterways. Transportation modes include kinetic energy, bikes, carriages, wagons,
boats, trains, airports, and service animals such as oxen, donkeys, and horses. With the various types of transportation modes that expand
to land, water, and air, it is essential to promote the welfare of commuters, commercial enterprises, wildlife, and our environment with a
well-organized network of transportation engineering. The quality of transit engineering planning mobilizes our nations, stabilizes our
economy, and improves the national security of our country. Integration of transit methods, modes, and utilizes provide a variety of
choices that ease the flow and strain on all transit services. When commuters, commercial goods, and government personnel are able to
maneuver easily and comfortably between neighborhoods or distant areas of our country, everyone enjoys the great benefits of a
proficient, safe, and stable community. By expanding the location of public transit services such a bus stops, sidewalks, bicycle lanes,

roads, and other commercial transit services, citizens are better able to connect with employment, government facilities, civic buildings,
recreational services, and homes. All civil access and government access roads, highways, and bridges must ensure the safety of both the
commuter and the transit animals that transport the commuter, commercial goods, equipment, and personnel. To protect the
environment, animal rights, and the safety of our citizens, the transit specialist use several strategies that provide a superior essence of
quality for our country. By provided a well-developed transit plan, the Nation of Israel can continue to mobilize and expand without
requiring an overly demanding fiscal budget increase.

As in the times of our ancestors, the Nation of Israel continues to utilize the immensurable privilege of service animals to aid in
transportation. It is not uncommon to find oxen, horses, or donkeys being used to transport residents, government property or personnel,
and commercial resources. Our waste industry and industrial developments also utilize the strength of animals instead of many modern
technologies. This old fashion method of transportation promotes an environmentally safe community for our community members. We
take special care of our land, air, and water as prized resources of our natural assets. Throughout our community, watering troughs can
be found in the care of respite that demonstrate the seriousness of animal welfare and rights. Efforts to promote environmentally safe
surroundings where everyone can enjoy the benefits of health and safety is the top priority of our transit engineers. The dependence of
fossil fuel has been the cause of many wars for foreign countries. Economic depressions have also been the cause of dependence upon
fossil fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene that lead toward fluctuations of economic stability. Service animals are the safest
renewable energy sources that promote both economic stability and environmental health. Dependence on the natural resources of
service animals stabilizes our economic budget and permits the ability to better plan the growth of our future.

Transit engineering is another civil amenity that we afford our community members through the development of infrastructure
development. The Israelite nation is not a stagnant kingdom of immovable parts. Our community is ever growing and ever developing in
the direction of progression and forward-thinking. Transit engineering engages all parts of our community neighborhoods to operate as

one continuous nation. Whether a citizen seeks the recreational enjoyment of our municipal parks, recreational facilities, or other respite
services, they can be assured our transit engineers will get them their quickly, efficiently and safely.

Goal 5: Waste Management

Waste is the disposal of unusable material that leaves a blueprint of our environmental impact. The primary goal of waste
management is to ensure proper usage of all natural resources within a reasonable measure. Natural resources consist of air, water, land,
plant produce, metals, and rocks. The collection of natural resources directly effects the lifecycle of all created life---animals, insects,
marine life, microorganisms, and humans. In order to properly manage the disposal of unusable material and used resources, all citizens
have to work together to build a better sustainable community for generations to come. This creates a catalyst effect that directly impacts
our global environment. By establishing national goals for green
sustainability, we, as a people, are better able to solve our own issues of
environmental safety due to improper usage, collection, or disposal of
natural resources.

Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a

holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.
Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the
grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness
grows up to trouble you, corrupting many. Hebrews 12:14-15

Waste management is everyones responsibility in acceptance of their own environmental influence. Waste is a natural part of our
lifecycle. When food is consumed, our bodies flush out bio-waste in the form of urine or fecal matter. When we cook food, groom
ourselves, and do laundry we utilize natural resources such as water, heat, and electricity. The excess usage of these resources are called
disposable waste. Industries and commercial developments also utilize a variety of natural resources that results in waste. When an
industrial specialist mines rocks in search of gems this causes the emission of waste products and environmental influences. Similarly, in
the production of transforming sand into glass; the process requires an extremely hot kiln to melt the sand. Since resources are being
used to better the function of another natural resource there is an environmental impact for all products, career professions, and
industries. The usage of any resource will cause a waste product; therefore, proper conservation, management of waste, and the reduction
of requiring an abundance of natural resources is critical to reduce our environmental impact. Certain items can be repurposed to be used
for other tasks. For instance, an old wooden breadbasket can be used to hold towels or decorate a childs room to organize toys. Many

items can be reused in a variety of ways outside of its original purpose. By encouraging citizens to reduce the amount of waste they
dispose and use, everyone wins, and we preserve our most precious natural resourceEarth.
Waste can be contributed by the over collection of natural resources. For instance, most foods have a natural expiration date of
two days. Collection of foods that will be consumed within a few days will greatly decrease the environmental impact of our community.
Over collection of electrical or water sources is another cause of wasted resources. When water or electricity is not in direct use, the
natural resources should not be utilized. Turning off lights in a vacant room, using candles, and opening windows to welcome the
presence of sunlight reduces dependences of electrical consumption. Encouraging citizens to turn off the water in between brushing their
teeth or limiting the amount of water and electricity used to wash clothes decreases our environment waste and impact. It takes heat
from either wood burning fire or an electrical appliance to heat up water and the hotter the water the more natural resources are required
which produces waste and increase environmental impact.
Waste management is a broad spectrum of sanitation and environmental services that also include proper collection and disposal
of unusable waste. In our community we have a variety of services and departments to collect waste. Our waste management personnel
work with community members to reduce environmental impacts to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Waste management is
divided into five categories:

Water and Sewer Management collects used water resources and properly cleans these natural utilizes before distribution into
waterways, plumbing, and water reservoirs.

Solid Waste Management collects waste products that are unable to be recycled or reused. Solid waste is properly destroyed and
disposed in community landfills. This facility collects natural resources that are condemned such as food waste, soiled clothing, and
other unusable waste products that are not considered biohazardous.

28 of 91| P a g e

www.princessalkeeta.weebly.com

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

Biohazardous Waste Management ensures all body waste, blood, secretions, and other body fluids from animals and people are
properly destroyed by fire and disposed of in landfills. All butchered animal waste including fecal matter of an animal are disposed by
these facilities.

Hazardous Material Waste Management includes the waste of any item that is flammable such as a gas, acid, or oil-based product.
These type of products require a different type of disposal in a specialize facility and area.

Recycling Facilities certain natural resources such as wood, plastics, fabric, and metals may be recycled if the item is not condemned
as defiled. These facilities have a great benefit for our community; since, new natural resources are not required to make commercial
essentials items.

Creating a clean community that properly collects, stores, and uses natural resources will ensure that life will continue for future
generations. By providing municipal trash facilities throughout our community that encourages the collection of animal waste and
garbage, everyone is able to partner together in establishing a safer community. Having a clean community encourages the civic integrity
of any community neighborhoods, increases land value, promotes a healthy environment, and protects wildlife that is often harmed by
garbage waste. Responsible use of our natural resources and organized waste management increases neighboring forestry, local greenery,
wildlife populations and protects surrounding waterways. Air is a natural resource that both animals and human consistently use daily
throughout their life. By ensuring that we protect our Earth, our world will guarantee it continues to provide for and protect us. When
waste is burned in the process of sanitation, the air is filled with various harmful gases such as carbon dioxide that can harm the lungs of
both animals and people alike. However, these gases are great for green life which help them to flourish as they clean the air that we
breath. By understanding the effects that we have on our environment and displaying responsible solutions in accordance to the Word of
God, we will properly balance the sustainability of our own life and the world around us.

Responsible waste management is essential in promoting the quality of health that our community members desire. Community
sanitation is the substance that propels our community forward. The sanitation of our community has a dynamic impact toward the
movement of our heritage and guarding our community members from the effects of a polluted community. Recognizing how proper
waste management planning improves the substance of life in reducing government and residential spending revolutionizes community
outlook. By tracking our most precious natural resources, we are supplied with the tools required to establish an environmentally safe
community that is both clean and resourceful.

Goal 6: Animal Rights and Welfare

The responsible care of animals is categorized as animal rights and animal welfare. Our government officials have established the
various guidelines in protecting the care management of all animals, whether domestic or wild. Humane care, treatment, and living
conditions of all animals are expected throughout our community. The Nation of Israel is an agricultural community where animals are

raised for both food resources and sacrificial purposes during worship. Animals are
considered to have rights similar to those of humans in the respect of their care, treatment,
and living conditions. All domesticated animals are to be provided with a living

environment that is hygienic including a sheltered for the ability to move, exercise, and rest. Animals are not to be abused and should
receive proper medical examinations and treatment, as required. Domesticated animals should have proper socialization with other
animals of their own species and be permitted to mate, as needed. While all domesticated animals have different habits, the basic needs
of all animals are similar. Animal Rights and Animal Welfare comprise the standards for ensuring the health of all animals both domestic
and wild.
Animal Rights is defined as the expressed acknowledgement of the basic care of an animal in regards to essential needs. The Law
of God promotes the fair treatment of all animals in a humane atmosphere similar to its natural habitat. Animals feel pain and suffering
just as they feel joy and comfortability similar to their human companions. The care of domesticated animals is the responsibility of the
owner who agrees upon ownership to accept all cost associated with proper and responsible entitlement. However, the care of wild
animals is awarded to the government of the Nation of Israel who have established government organizations to monitor the biodiversity
of national territory. Government officials will ensure that the basic rights of wildlife are continuously meet in a comprehensive manner.
The basic rights of all animals, domesticated and untamed, are outlined as having the essential life necessities continually met. Essential
life necessities include food, shelter, respite, socialization, sexual procreation, and exercise. These basic rights are granted to all animals
as the natural needs for animal welfare to promote healthy animals.
31 of 91| P a g e

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

Animal Welfare is defined as the recognized treatment of animals that promotes the health and wellbeing of an animal. Educating
citizens of the basic rights of animals emphasizes the diverse responsibility of animal ownership and care. By teaching people that
animals have the same basic needs as humans, everyone is able to get involved in the lives of animal care. Animal welfare includes the
preservation of instinctive characteristic, natural habitats, and animal rights. The welfare of domesticated animals differs from wild
animals; since the living environment is altered slightly. However, both wild and domesticate animals are reassured a living environment
with the maintenance of integrity and respect to their wellbeing and health.
Our government officials have implemented strict laws that enforce the social responsibility and importance of recognizing animal
rights and welfare. Animals, wild and domestic, are members of our community that aid in the progression of national stability and
national security. We share in the same circle of life as our animal citizens. This circle of life requires all community members to share in
the concerns of animal treatment and health. We, the people of Israel, cannot live the life of health and vigor that we seek if our animals
are sick, abused, or emotionally distressed from our mistreatment and complacency. Our animals depend upon us to make responsible
choices to how we managed their care, the environment upon which we all live, and our own care management. We can learn many
lesson from the study of our animal neighbors who live among us. The primary lesson is how dependent we are on them, rather than how
dependent they are on us.

Goal 7: Green Stewardship

The natural environment that we live in surrounds not only human life but wildlife and marine life with all the resources for living
a healthy long life. Environmental stewardship, or green stewardship, is the practice of responsible protection of natural resources and
the environment through conservation and sustainability methods. Environmental stewardship is the recognition of responsibility for the
quality and value of land, air, water, and biodiversity. Issuing laws that protect the biodiversity or variety of life that flourishes in the
natural environment enhances our overall quality of life, enriches land value, and promote human vitality and lifespan. Our biodiversity
includes wildlife, marine life, volant animals, and microorganisms. By protecting the natural ecosystem of the diverse natural
environment that surrounds us and learning to respect the life of nature within its territory, we can protect the life of our future.
Government agencies safeguard natural assets through the management of preservation and conservation. This has to expanded the value,
growth, quality, health of the various Biosystems.

Protecting the natural environment that provides life to animals, marine life, and people alike enhances the quality of life in a
variety of ways. Many industrial developments have been known to produce pollutants that harm the ozone and air but also harm water
and land that surround the factories. By issuing laws that restrict the type of pollutants that are permitted into the atmosphere and
environment land values and life expectancies of people and wildlife increase drastically. However, the common citizen can become an
environmental steward by practicing sanitary practices such as removing liter and animal waste. By practicing responsible citizenship
toward the environment and community where we live, everyone is able to benefit. Trash such as baskets, old food, hairbands, and bags
can clog sewer drains, choke animals, and increases the presence of bacteria, fungus and, viruses. All of these factors directly impact our
biodiversity and community population.

33 of 91| P a g e

www.princessalkeeta.weebly.com

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

Another responsibility of environmental stewardship is reinvesting and replenishing our natural assets. Hunting animals or fishing
aids in the control an over population of such animals and fish; however, over hunting or fishing can eradicate that species. By acting
responsibility toward our natural environment and understanding biological diversity we can make better choices to protect our most
precious assets. Our community regularly replants trees and protect many forestlands from commercial usage. This conservation method
preserves the integrity of our wildlife refuge where animals can freely flourish with little disturbance from community members. Together
we can preserve wildlife including volant animals by protecting forestrys, swamps, rivers, valleys, and prairies. Trees are the lungs of the
Earth and the homes of many species of animals, amphibians, reptiles, birds, insects, and microorganisms. By protecting our natural
environment from destruction, we can ensure that the continued growth of land values increase, health is stabilized, and wildlife flourish.

We can support our environment and protect wildlife by takes responsible actions in consideration of conservational resources and
methods. Being able to open the window of a household kitchen and seeing a group of deer or raccoon, is the joys of preserving our
national property. The Nation of Israel is full of native animals that reside among our many scenic views of valleys, deserts, mountains,
forests, beaches, and green lands. With such a vast amount of natural beauty, the Israelite community cannot afford irresponsible usage
of environmental resources that decrease the value and integrity of our national inheritance. Wild life increases our national value for the
discovery of our native natural resources. Protecting our native community neighbors is our responsibility in guarding the national
security of our Jewish-Hebrew culture.

Goal 8: Fair Justice System

Every kingdom is founded on its principle to establish a government based on non-discriminating fairness and true justice. What
makes the empire of Israel founded on these two fundamental principles is our establishment of being built upon the Covenant of
Yahweh. When God called Abraham and Sarah, the first monarchs of the family of Israel, he taught them his standard of living for
Abraham and the members of his community. Similarly, when the Lord sent Moses to free the descendants of Jacob from Egypt they were
provided the Covenant of God as we know it today. The Laws of God protect both the citizens of Israel and the foreign-immigrants who
reside among us. Furthering the justice of God, we are taught how to properly care for the environment, animals, and our national
resources. All of the commandments of God stand for the truth of fair justice and unwavering integrity.

Justice begins with the willingness of an individual to treat another person with respect, fairness, and integrity. Our court systems
and government officials are appointed to direct the community of Israel in how to properly implement true justice throughout our
community. When a community member refuses to steal from their neighbor they have chosen to demonstrate true fairness and justice.
In addition, with the demonstration of genuine generosity is also another form of justice. As our members recognize the error of their
own ways in light of the Word of God, our justice system is stabilized through responsible acknowledgment. Our government is
formatted in such a way the we expect all members to share in the active responsibility of the fair treatment of one another. The
community of Israel is a family nation built upon the collective faith of all believers of King Jesus Christ of Israel. In choosing to
demonstrate integrity, we also are choosing to demonstrate genuine justice that protects our family treasure.

Leadership is the greatest impact to a well-organized and managed administered legal system. The diversity of our community
requires our legislative leaders to work with the citizens of Israel in administering and enforcing the Laws of God with fairness, equality,

and unbiased judgement. The organization of government agencies and management of government officials will assist in the overall
function, security, and comfort of the Nation of Israel. Both civil leaders and tribal leaders work with the common citizens of Israel in
guaranteeing the security of justice throughout our national territory. Our leaders are continuously required to display the desired level
of integrity characteristic that our nation is founded upon. This contributes to the achievement of national preservation of the JewishHebrew reign. Incidentally, a corrupt governing leader can ruin all the beauty of our culture and community. For this reason, all leaders
are held to a higher standard of moral integrity than the common citizens. Governing officials are the enforcers of the Laws of God and
represent the Nation of Israel. Both tribal leaders and civil leaders are held in high regards to their own accountability and acts of
unfailing reliability in their everyday lives. Justice is the operation of moral choices in the actions common citizen to government officials.
Citizens who refuse to uphold the code of ethics that secures the safety of our community members, animals, environment, or national
reputation will be reprimanded. To establish a justice founded on honestly, equality, fairness, and dependability all of our community
members must work together in the shared responsibility of how we treat one another.

In addition, to the establishment of a fair justice system, all community members are expected to hold all government
officials in high esteem. Government officials work extremely hard in the legislative management and administration of keeping the
Nation of Israel functioning for the security of the all community members. Government officials and personnel risk their lives in the
service of protection toward the national security and social safety of the Nation of Israel. An oath of dedication is pronounced in the
officiating of all authority officials and civil leaders. The task of ensuring the national security and civil safety of all community members
to receive fair treatment is not without sacrifice and devotion from all government official and community leaders. There are many forces
that daily combat the integrity of our country and attempt to destroy all that the Nation of Israel stands for. Community members who
are unable to respectfully honor our government officials and personnel will be severely reprimanded.

The Nation of Israel: Nationals Goals for Action

We can have a fair justice system that empowers the civil rights of all community members, and protects the rights of animals, and
the environment. We have a choice. Do we choose to abuse our neighbor, deplete our natural assets, and destroy our community? Or, do
we choose to seek what is best for the future of us allpeople, animals, environment, and natural resources? The choice of justice in
within our grasp. The courtroom is only a mediation tool to settle criminal and civil suits. Our government invests a significant amount
of resources in safeguarding the community of Israel for harm. However, no harm further hurts our national integrity and future than
corruption, whether with the common citizens or the government officials. When we choose justice our government funding is reserved
to be utilized for other purposes that improve the quality of life for all community members. May the Nation of Israel always be founded
on the true justice of the Covenant of God.

Goal 9: Unified Worship Family Culture

The harmony of our community is established upon the unity of the comprehension of the Covenant of God and Israel. The
congruity of our family culture is founded on the heritage of faith since the time of Noah. Noah was a man who found favor with God, the
Creator all people. Noah believed the Lord and became a father from which

called. Harmony is built from genuine love of Yahweh, ourselves, and our
neighbors. By putting aside selfish ambitions that cause discord and confusion we are able to build love, trust, and affection.
Harmony is a national goal that all members of our community must provide continuous active effort. Harmony will not come
easily. The Nation of Israel is filled with a diversity of people and language from every nation of the world. The ability to maintain the
family harmonization stems from every community member to find their unity with Jesus Christ who is the King of the Jewish-Hebrew
nation. The family of Israel must seek to continue the fight of maintaining harmony with the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. The
synchronization of all members of the Body of Jesus Christ can only be deepened through the reliable display that builds trust for love to
flourish. Of all the nations of the world, only the Nation of Israel was granted the ability to worship the only true living God, El Shaddai.
The commandments of the covenant seek to humble every believer into submission through the willingness to abide in the holiness
revealed to them.
The Nation of Israel is divided into twelve tribal territories. All tribal territories of Israel are governed by the same laws as one
covenant community. While each tribal territory possesses its own significance of characteristics and developments, all are organized,

managed, funded equally. Insuring that all neighborhoods share in the fullness of residing within the territory of Yahweh, enables our
community to flourish. We cannot develop as a sophisticated nation when one neighborhood or tribal territory is residing in civil unrest
or suffering from social and economic instability. The covenant of Yahweh compels all of the Nation of Israel to operate as one unit that
continuously seeks the best for its family members, friends, and guest. The complacency toward social or civil issues will only build
resentment and discord; thus, destroying the affectionate trust that we all worked so hard to build and earn. Government officials are
reminded of their ability and responsibility to expedite the resolves of any civil unrest in rectifying the harmony of the Israelites.
The Lord has established several holy days that aid in the harmony of the Nation of Israel. In addition to the weekly Sabbath, the
Nation of Israel observes several biblical national festivals and holy days. Each holy festival is observed in strict observance of its proper
seasonal time and duration. In addition, the Levitical priest and Levite Assistance assist the community of Israel in following all worship
rituals and purification ceremonies. We observe the follow annual festivals and holy days according the Laws of God: Jewish New Year,
Passover & Festival of Unleavened Bread, Festival of First Harvest, Second Passover & Festival of Unleavened Bread, Festival of Harvest,
Festival of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Festival of Shelters, Festival of Purim, and the Commemoration of Jephthah's Vow. We also
observe the monthly new moon festivals and full moon festivals. There is no room for discord when we are gathering in honor of the Lord
God of Israel who has been so good to his people for their faithfulness to them. The proper recognition of these covenant festivals, in
addition, to the observance of all other Laws of God it what harmonizes the Nation of Israel inherit the salvation of the Messiah, King Jesus
Christ.

National Holy Days

The Nation of Israel is the Bride of King Jesus Christ who reigns as the King of Israel and the Commander of Heavens Armies. As
the covenant community under the established government of King Jesus Christ of Israel, a descendant of King David of Israel and the
prophet Moses, we are honored to embrace the fullness of our Israelite heritage in holy worship. The Jewish-Hebrew calendar is organized
on a lunar cycle with our months beginning on each new moon for a twelve-month rotation of approximately 29 days each month. The
Israelite community recognizes a seven-day week in correlation to the six days of creation and the seventh day that the Lord God rested.
The first day of the week begins on the Georgian Sunday and ends on the holy Sabbath (Saturday). Contrary to the Georgian calendar, the
biblical calendar begins at sundown and ends at sundown; instead of midnight to midnight.

The Nation of Israel is commanded to recognize the weekly Sabbath as a holy day of worship and weekly pilgrimage to the Temple
of God located in the tribes of Judah and Benjamin in the capital of Jerusalem, Israel. Our community of Israel continues to follow the
traditions of our ancestors in our daily, weekly, monthly and annual worship. For this reason, the general public will work approximately
four days each week, which leaves a three-day respite for the weekly Sabbath worship and commute. Additionally, we follow the same
regulations for other holy festivals. General community members will receive two additional days off for the commute a day prior to the
holiday and a day after the holiday. All government officials, priest, and nobles are required to attend each holy day; however, certain
government official and personal may be required to work on the Sabbath. On the fifth day (Friday) all of Israel begins to shutdown
businesses. All government establishments, Levitical towns and districts are closed for holy reverence in observance of the Laws of God
beginning on the fifth day (Friday). We do not permit any private or public businesses to operate on the holy Sabbath. Normal
businesses and government facilities will begin operation on the second day of the week (Monday) and continue until Thursday at
sundown. Since the Israelite community is blessed through our desire to worship the Lord God of Israel, King Jesus Christ, we are able to
enjoy the benefits of hard work and faith with all of its fruitfulness.

The Holy Covenant of Israel & Yahweh

Each covenant holy festival is celebrated and recognized for instructed amount of time and in accordance to the Word of God
passed down from Moses and the other holy prophets of the family of Israel. The Nation of Israel is only permitted to offer animal
sacrifices through the ordained priest of the family of Levi, chosen by God. All offerings must be brought to the Lord at his throne in
Jerusalem, Israel at the Temple of the God of Jacob. Sacrificial offerings for worship and purification ceremonies are not included as the
required tithes or taxes. Sacrificial offerings are the greater voluntary offerings above the 10% tithe or the 10% government taxes for the
people of Israel. All of Israel is required to joyfully and freely give to the Lord in their own ability and willingness for all the blessings they
received. The priest of God will assist the people of Israel, Israelites and foreign-immigrants, in the proper instructions of worship and
required offerings they can voluntarily donate to the worship of Yahweh. Since our Jewish-Hebrew calendar is in observance of the lunar
cycle, holy days can overlap one another. For instance, a new moon festival may be celebrated on a weekly Sabbath. In this case both the
required daily offerings, Sabbath offerings, and new moon offering will be required from the community of Israel in their worship to the
God of Heaven and Earth. Our community only recognizes biblical holy days as outlined in the Holy Bible containing both the Old
Testament of the holy prophets and the New Testament of the holy apostles.

You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of complete
rest, an official day for holy assembly. It is the Lords Sabbath day, and it must be observed wherever
you live.
In addition to the Sabbath, these are the Lords appointed festivals, the official days for holy assembly
that are to be celebrated at their proper times each year. Leviticus 23:1-4

Goal 10: Neighborhood & Community Development

The Nation of Israel is a community of neighboring citizens who are united in their desire to share in the responsibility of caring
for the land of Israel. Residing in the ancestral territory of the Nation of Israel is an inherited privilege of our citizens and family
members. The Holy Land is the inherited territory of the family of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. However, we are only chosen stewards of
the homeland of Yahweh, the God of Israel. Therefore, governing authorities cannot create a desirable homeland on their own. It is the
active dedication of all citizens to build up the beautiful country of Israel into a homeland for families to safely reside. The Nation of
Israel provides many dynamic options for neighborhoods to develop from countryside to beachfront to mountain sceneries to suburban
landscapes, and the convenience of urban living. With so much to offer our community members it is essentials to the expansion of our
population to develop proper designs for national community planning. Neighborhood leaders and community members work with other
government personnel in the development, planning, zoning, management, surveying, and funding of all community neighborhood.

Before we can plan the constructions of neighborhood and community development, we must first study the native biodiversity,
natural environmental conditions, categorize native life, and analyze natural resources. Community development specialist are
responsible for responsible planning, management, construction, and zoning of all property types including restricted areas and wildlife
reservation sites. Surveying the location of native resources such as water, trees, greenways, wildlife, waterways, minerals, and
sedimentary sources eliminates any hassle from error of immature and irresponsible development. There is a lot of thought that must be
taken into consideration when zoning specific types of developments. Zoning and development personnel ensure that government
resources are conserved by not over populating specific areas. The growth of our community can easily deplete national resources from
the environmental impact factors of each community member. We can build and develop a responsible community just by properly
zoning community neighborhood in appropriate consideration to our natural resource locations.

Residential developments are just one aspect of community planning. While residential development and zoning is imperative in
the housing of local citizens. We have so much more to offer our community members in the ability of locating affordable housing and
luxury living. The Nation of Israel is an independent and self-sufficient nation that sources all of its commerce and food sources. For this
reason, proper usage, zoning, and development of our land is top priority for our neighborhood and community development team. In
addition to residential development, our team of professionals also organize the zoning for agricultural development, commercial
development, industrial development, municipal development, and government development. These six zoning developments are
strategically placed to enhance our economic stability, expedite traffic flow, increase national security, and permit the comfort of ease for
pleasant living and travel throughout each neighborhood.

Strategic community planning and development is essential to increasing the land value of the Nation of Israel. By teaming with
other government agencies such as the transportation engineer specialist, local neighborhoods are better able to enjoy the comforts of
calling the land of Israel their home. The community development personnel also partner with our environmentalist professionals and
sewer and plumbing specialist to ensure that all developments are properly built, connected, managed, and structured. By analyzing the
possible increase of population growth within a specific neighborhood zone, government personnel are better able to organize
transportation service, civic amenities, and government services to the needs of that specific area. All tribal territories of Israel are
sourced equivalent government funding dependent upon their total population of community members.

The Nation of Israel has numerous civic amenities for the safety, health, and recreational comfort of all community members.
Every neighborhood is secured under the authority of sentry patrol officers. These sentry officers are devoted to the safety and service of
every community member. Another civic safety service amenity of every neighborhood is fire fighters and other emergency service

personnel. To make the country of Israel enjoyable to all community members, every city provides fitness parks, playgrounds, sport fields,
swimming pools, recreational centers, senior respite and leisure services, public restrooms, breastfeeding nurseries, respite centers, animal
shelter sites, public parking, and much more. All of these services are provided through the investment of tax disbursement from citizens
and non-citizens of Israel. By thoroughly planning the construction of individual cities and individual neighborhoods within each
jurisdiction, government officials can responsibly invest into the construction of our national heritage. With an active team of
transportation engineers, national security officers, community development specialist, infrastructure managers, environmentalist and
many other educated professionals working alongside the priest of God, the Nation of Israel can flourish with beauty and patriotism. The

Goal 11: Public Education & Child Care

The sophistication of our community and the integrity of our economic progress is permitted to the seriousness of our public
education system and child care system. The education standards for the Nation of Israel are the highest we can offer our citizens.
Through continuous innovative discoveries to simple explorations of the known world, our academic coordination continues to amplify
the significance of our desire for quality public education. Our public education is divided into mandated youth education and voluntary
adult education services---both of which are amenities by taxpaying community members. In addition, we also provide and regulate the
services of public and private child care services for children of all ages. The ability to provide a quality public education to community
members of all ages, better equips our workforce with educated skilled employers and employees who fuel our economic stability and
national security. The citizens of Israel are provided an exponential advantage in their ability to receive equalized treatment and fairness
in their search for locating a suitable career field. Ensuring that all citizens receive the same standard of education no matter their social
status, economic privileges, or physical characteristics upholds the flames of integrity that our nations seeks to continuously ignite.

The intellectual advancement of all our community members is essential to the enhanced strength our national core values. By
focusing on building better neighborhoods one citizen at a time, our government professionals are better able to regulate our overall
community. To provide the wide range of continuous services and amenities to our diversified community, all members must be properly
equipped through a quality education as a civil right and national standard. We provide culinary services, hospitality services,
bioengineering, business management, health care services, and veterinary services within our community. Serving the local citizens
within our community is a huge task by its self, but serving the environment upon which we call homeforestry, ocean, green lands, and
the wildlife they supportis an exponential responsibility. This is where standard quality education for all citizens aids in the
progression of our culture, fiscal assets, population growth, national security, and public health. Education is the tool that revolutionizes
our dynamic workforce by providing qualifying citizens to various community tasks.

All juvenile citizens and non-citizens are awarded the same quality of public education and academic services from the age of sixmonths old until the age 19-years old. All juveniles are mandated to be enrolled into public school by age 24-months or 2-years of age.
Civic academic learning tools include, but are not limited to, complimentary tutoring services, school supplies, electronic devices,
gymnasium, playground, full-service library, and much more. By ensuring the academic success of our students, we inertly give our
nation the ability to thrive and flourish in the advancement of national achievement. Juvenile students are advanced through four levels
of academic institution:

nursery school for ages 6-months old-5 years old

high school for ages 11-15 years old

elementary school for ages 6-10 years old

trade school for ages 16-19 years old

Our adult public academic system is organized similarly to our juvenile public school system. However, in slight deviation to meet
the needs of our working community members student enroll into separate curriculum semesters. All citizens of Israel are granted the
ability to receive a tax-invested curriculum education to receive a four-year college degree. Since, temporary residents receive all their
recommended Continue Education services through the referrals of their immigration officer and vocational rehabilitation caseworker,
they are ineligible for public amenity curriculum courses. All citizens of Israel may receive up to four-year credits enrolled in a public
funded curriculum institution. Student are expected to meet all academic requirements before eligibility of receiving acceptance into the
second level of adult public education. Students who successfully complete their two-year Associate degree may then enroll into their
four-year Bachelor degree curriculum. Additionally, Israelite citizens and foreign non-citizens have the option of receiving Continue
Education services through our public academic institution at their own expense. Government agencies and employers may require
continued certified academic training in specific professions to maintain credentials, permits, and employment. Adult public education
institutions are equipped with many amenities to aid in the academic growth and comfort of our community members.

Public Education is a civil right, privilege, and national liberty granted to all citizens of Israel with the purpose of ensuring dignity,
equality, and integrity. Public education specialists are charged with the responsibility of ensuring the rights of all our community
members with providing an innovative, inspiring, synchronized, and symmetrical curriculum to all students. All public academic
institutions are required to provide the same type of curriculum, services, and funding to each academic facility throughout the kingdom
of Israel. Our public education service is a civil amenity that our tax-payers share the responsibilities of providing to our community
members. The investment of taxes into community members provides a comfort of security that enhances the involvement of our
workforce development. Tax-funded public education also heightens the sophistication of our society by enriching the commercial and
industrial sectors of the community. Since public education is a tax-funded investment, the community members of the Nation of Israel
can affirm the solitude of an equalize progression toward our prominent empire. Our public education system is designed to build the
confidence of each individual community member to display their value and purpose. As community members reinvest their developed
assets into their community, we, the people of Israel, are better able to harmonize the flow of our community.

National Security is the establishment of proven strategies, organized planning, and collaborative partnership for the preservation
of our national heritage. The objective set forth in the establishment of our legislative government is no different than other foreign

cripple our community from war, exile, famine, disease, economic instability, and natural disasters. For this reason, even the basic
community member is expected to display enthusiasm in the establishment of both civil safety and national security measures.

The Nation of Israel is unlike any other nation among the Earth. In the faithful observance of the commandments of God, Israel
will have peace from internal and external national security threats and civil safety concerns. The threats of national security and civil
safety can prove more severe from internal civil unrest, than external foreign threats. Our national security officers are responsible for
coordination of national intelligence and strategies in the protection of native resources, treasury assets, government property, citizens,
and non-citizens. In understanding the vulnerability of our most valuable assets, we are able to specify appropriate resolutions in the
resolve of national security threats and civil safety concerns. Proper risk-management is expected in the coordination to all areas of
national territory in the provision of implementing appropriate safety and security measures. A highly developed national security plan
and civil safety procedures are essential to the preservation of our Jewish-Hebrew family heritage.

The Nation of Israel provides various of services throughout the Jewish-Hebrew country to promote the civil welfare for all who
consider Israel their joyful homeland. Developing the various controls of protection and infrastructure improves the ongoing cultural

Goal 13: Public Safety

Each neighborhood in Israel is a part of a greater body of people who are directly and indirectly connected as one family

In addition, these officers also report suspicious actions of possible foreign government interference and other terrorizations groups.
Safety agents and other officers have the ability to arrest and detain any community member who poses an immediate threat in the
obstruction of justice. Any person held in contempt toward the obstruction of justice in breaking government laws will be criminal

Jesus Christ.

The establishment of preparedness plans for emergency evacuations and implementing local safety drills is just one factor of how
public security improves our way of life. Educating citizens of the various evacuation routes can greatly decrease chaotic confusion that is
caused during severe weather such as flooding, tornados, and hurricanes. Another cause of emergency evacuation is the threat of war
which would immediately require local civilians to locate temporary shelter. While our transit engineers and national security teams
work together to improve the flow of traffic in the event of severe traffic flow, preparedness is just another step to improving the chances
of public safety. Public safety agents educate community members of how to prepare for potential threats of civil safety prior to an actual
event. There are many possibilities that can affect the safety of our community. Our government officials work with community member
to ensure the safety of everyone.

An epidemic of an infectious disease, virus, or microorganism that compromises the health and safety of people, animals, and the
environment is another cause for public safety concerns. Civil security officers analyze the threats of a health epidemic that would affect
our community. Illnesses can have a damaging effect on our local citizens in both the current generation and present. Certain illnesses
can impair the population with infertility, disabilities, premature death, and other severe medical problems. A major medical outbreak or
infectious disease could significantly decrease current population growth. Citizens are reminded that infectious plaques can be
transmitted between humans, insects, animals, and
environmental sources such as water, dirt, air, plants, and
microorganisms. For this reason, the civil security specialist

Goal 14: Public Health and Sanitation

Health care and sanitation of the general public is a top concern in promoting a nationwide secured and stable community.
Compromised heath conditions and diseases are a national security threat to the development and growth of the Israelite dynasty. For
this reason, public sanitation and health is a top priority for people and animals alike. Providing a multitude of services for the
management of public waste, health care, dental care, hygienic education, public cleaning, and regulation of commercial and industrial
sanitation conditions improves our national welfare. These services provide for the uncompromising safety of our overall community with
honor and integrity to our Jewish-Hebrew cultural heritage. By providing services that promote a greater quality of life for our community
we are building a securer nation.

Public Waste Management involves the collection of unusable materials and resources that is discarded for recycling purposes.
The collection of sewer waster is also provided to serve the sanitation needs of plumbing resources and the management of waterways.
Water, land, and air sanitation promotes the natural health of citizens and animals. Proper waste management will decrease the spread
and growth of fungus, bacteria, virus, parasites, rodents, and other microorganism that can plaque our national community. The
management of public waste is also the responsibility of the general population as citizens of the Nation of Israel. Discarding pollutants
and trash into natural resources greatly decrease the integrity of the land value and the demotes the health of the environment, animals,
and people. Educating community members of responsible waste management practices can influence our community to make better
choices. Littering is not only an eyesore but is also a cause for health concerns for wildlife and domesticate animals, in addition to their
human counterparts. Public health and Sanitation involves a vast services of necessary approaches to maintaining the health, value,
honor, and future of our community.

Physical activity increases the life expectancy of each citizen by reducing the health issues associated with inactivity such as
obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure. Another benefit of a physical activity is the release of hormones during
vigorous activities that increase pleasure and happiness. Endorphins are neurological chemicals that are released from the body naturally
to decrease pain and raise comfortability levels. Simple exercises like household cleaning or walking are great activities that raise the
natural body temperature or metabolic level and increase heart activities. However, encouraging citizens to improve their long-term
health begins with the challenge of exerting more interest in physical activities such as running, sports, swimming, fitness programs, and
activity groups. Israelites are known to be vigorous people with great agility, mobility, and emblems of health. We incorporate exercise
parks for children and adults as a regular amenity throughout the community of Jacob. With increased access to physical activity
equipment without the unnecessary additional fees associated with gym membership, citizen cans workout at their own pace and
intensity. However, citizens also have access to community fitness facility fully equipped with personal trainers, dietitians, and fitness
coaches who work with citizens in creating a specialize workout plan to increase health levels. Equipping our community with health and
physical fitness tools for all fitness levels and motivations increases the outcome of improving our national life expectancy of each citizen.

Services like health care and oral care promote the desired climate of moral integrity that our country is reputed for. Ensuring that
all citizens receive proper health care and oral care management is expected under the government of the Lord Jesus Christ in the
establishment of holy living. To ensure the pursuit of our national core values, all citizens are expected to gain a deeper understanding of
their responsibility in managing their own health care and oral care services. Public Health and Sanitation officials also regularly test the
community environment for sanitation quality and infestation of diseases. Ensuring that residential, agricultural, commercial and
industrial development follow the specific guidelines of sanitation promotes the welfare, health, and national security of our community.
Proper sanitation, health care, and oral treatment can expand life expectancy, increase population growth, and decrease infant mortality
rating.

A major component to the health and wellness of our community member is the cleanliness of our nation. Jewish people are
reputed for their deep respect for cleanliness. The standards of cleanliness that our community members are expected to continually
observe are outlined in the covenant of God. These standards establish how we organize our health care management, food industry,
hospitality services and our homes. All community members are expected to uphold the same standard of cleanliness within their homes
as they are in other parts of our community.

The superiority and the value of our community is greatly impacted by the overall cleanliness of our country. Our community
provides several cleaning services to residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and government property. These services provide
internal and external cleaning of community establishments. All government property and civic property are managed and cleaned by
hired public workers. These dedicated community members promote the health, sanitation, security, and welfare of our community by
removing trash, liter, mold, fungus, and regularly testing environmental condition. Ensuring the animal waste is immediately removed
and properly discarded is important to the health of our community and environment. In addition, the daily removal of municipal trash
and recycling canisters improve the quality of health for both people, animals, and the environment. In addition, civic workers ensure
that air quality remains pure and fresh as they remove mold and fungus that may grow in our community. Proficient organization of
various departments in the planning, development, management, and organization of public health and sanitation will greatly improve
the health and life expectancy of our community members, biodiversity, and environment.

Goal 15: Communication and Social Development

Social development is a complex influence of communication, fellowship, and bonding. Our community is dispersed with language
diversity of many varying countries. With citizens who have joined the Nation of Israel from every kingdom of Earth, our community has
a large range of language diversity. This enhanced diversity of language has significantly impacted our socioculture. Hebrew is the native
language of the Jewish-Hebrew nation as in the time of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The pros and cons to language diversity imposes new
strategies to unify the community and family of Israel as one people. While language diversity produces a less discriminative body of
citizens, the Nation of Israel poses a risk of losing the rich historical Hebrew heritage that the nation is inherited upon. Proper social
development appropriately equips the citizens of Israel with operating as a family
unit of believers through King Jesus Christ. The ability to operate at an advancing
capacity will not be achieved without the resolve toward an improved socioculture.

Well, brothers and sisters, lets summarize. When

you meet together, one will sing, another will teach,
another will tell some special revelation God has
given, one will speak in tongues, and another will
interpret what is said. But every that is done must
strengthen all of you. 1 Corinthians 14:26

The new complexity of diversified communication has introduced a variety

of cultural aspects into our community. Now, more than in historical past, the Nation of Israel is introduced with new components of
cultural influences through varying languages, past cultures, religious beliefs, and personal interpretations. These factors pose a risk to
the biblical richness of the Jewish-Hebrew culture and heritage. Government officials must learn sufficient strategies in unifying the
Nation of Israel without disregarding the founding Hebrew-Jewish cultural value of our ancestors. The greatest solution is the family
worship of Israels King, the Lord, Son of God, Jesus Christ. The unified worship of our community members ensure that all members
receive the same outlook of preserving the Hebrew culture, heritage, and language. Promoting a social environment where members
migrate and commune throughout the neighboring communities provides a deeper fellowship between community members. Citizens of

the same language are more prone to cluster into their own socioculture dynamic. By providing Hebrew language development services
that build up the Nation of Israel as an operating people, the biblical heritage of Israel is preserved.
Sufficient social development equips all citizens to perform their national responsibility in guarding the sacred covenant of God
and Israel. Every member of the family of Jesus Christ has been entrusted with the promises of God. When citizens are fully mature in
their ability to guard the special possessions of Gods Word, they are better able to protect the national security of the Israelite nation.
This is where proper communication produces the productive environment required to unify the family of Israel. Citizens who feel united
with all members of the community are more likely to work for the progress, advancement, and achievement of the community of Israel.
Increasing the social and moral integrity of each citizens begins with proper social development throughout the household of Jacob.
Encouraging older citizens to develop basic knowledge of the Hebrew language and dialect increases the productivity, security, and
communication of neighborhoods, commerce, government, and worship services.

All citizens have the right to comprehensive language services in maintaining the integrity of our country. Citizens who do not
speak the native Hebrew language will have a bilingual language interpreter who can assist in the communication process. Ensuring that
citizens are comprehensively understood in their native language will aid the decrease of conflicts. Citizens who are encouraged to
converse in their native language will thus feel more accepted as a value member of our family. To assist citizens in the development of
learning a foreign language, specialist from sociocultural development provides numerous of services throughout the community of Israel.

Another way we are improving the social dynamics of our community is in our juvenile public school system. All students enrolled
in the public school system are expected to a learn how the read, write, speak, and sign-language in the Hebrew dialect. Children are
taught from the age of 6-months how to sign-language in the Hebrew language whether they have a language disability or not. This
solution of integrating sign-language into the normal communication process of all citizens is to assist in the communion of all our

members. Additionally, students who speak a foreign language will be provided with additional academic services to improve the
development of the foreign language. Miscommunication greatly impacts the organization, safety, integrity, and future of our
community. By investing in the development of language and the study of our present social culture, our country is better equipped to
tackle the conflicts that can destroy our livelihood.

There is no greater aspect that can influence any culture more that the development and comprehension of a language. Every
nation of the world is known by their native language as a symbol of their cultural heritage. Community members can inversely segregate
themselves from one type of people because the variation of language. This can build social tension that causes civil safety issues and
national security threats. Furthermore, this circumstance can reverse the effects of our harmonized Israelite community. This is an area
our community is expected to devote special attention to in the efforts of maintenance social improvement and development. Diversity is
beautiful because it adds varieties that permit to enjoyment of differences. Together, we, the people of Israel, all share in the variety of
King Jesus Christ and the Heavenly Father. However, with diversity of a people comes the challenge of finding solutions that improve the
quality of life for everyone. In recognizing the benefits and challenges of language diversity within our socioculture, government officials
are better able to strategize reasonable solutions that preserve our Jewish-Hebrew heritage and the ancient root of the Nation of Israel.

our community needs.

The Nation of Israel: National Goals of Action

Goal 16: Elderly Care

The Nation of Israel cannot fully progress as a people without proper tribute to our senior community members. Our elderly
family members have taught us, lead us, guided us, and contributed to the effects of our inherited culture. It would be without
responsible priority to avoid the topic of proper elderly care. The precedence of this issues should be a top concern for all citizens of our
growing and aging family community. Historically, the Nation of Israel has always relied on the support of family members to aid in the
care management responsibilities of elderly members. Today, the family of Israel continues this heirloom tradition of honoring our
ripened love ones with assistants toward independence living. All community members of Israel are provided as a civil right the basics
living essentials which is shelter, protection, food, clothing, and socialization. Today, we continue the traditions of our ancestors with the
guarding of our faith in King Jesus Christ and the Word of God. We are commanded to respond with honor and integrity to the availing
needs of our elderly citizens who have contributed so much to our national progress and security.

With the projected growth of our national population in terms of aging citizens, the estimate life expectancy of our citizens is 120years old. All senior members of our community are able to retire from their chosen profession at the age of 60-years old, upon
completion of 30-years in that profession. This leaves a retirement status of 60-years for ripened citizens to enjoy the fruits of their labor
and faithfulness to the Kingdom of Heaven and the Nation of Israel. The ability for our senior citizens to provide themselves independent
care with minimal assisted aid is essential to being a valued member of our society. Our community also provides superior elderly health
care services to aid in the ailing needs of senior support services. Israelites are a closely knit family community where we encourage
children to remain in their parental care until the age 30-years old. Young adults are legally able to obtain gainful full-time employment
and enroll in college at the age 20-years old. However, all young adults remain under the legal authority of their parents until they reach
the full age of legal maturity of 30-years old. At this age, our matured adults are expected to be fully capable of properly caring for their
own wellbeing, which includes maintaining their own housing and employment. Similarly, adult children are expected to care for their

aging parents who can no longer support themselves. The vast majority of our citizens will have their own private housing including
farms and other personal assets and property. Men and women, regardless of marital status, are both legally permitted to purchase
property, obtain employment, and operate enterprises as a citizen of the Nation of Israel. These heirlooms will be passed on to their
relatives and children as a family inheritance. Nonetheless, it is not uncommon for elderly parents to move into the homes of their adult
children. Building a webbed family dynamic greatly improves the economic stability of our government by decreasing financial necessity
of government dependence for economic and social services. Additionally, an extended family dynamic improves the social structure
within the individual family components. Grandparents are able to assist in the rearing of young children which includes passing on
precious family history of our national heritage and personal family memoirs. Our greatest goal in building the lovely family dynamic of
our community is to continuously focus of the needs of all of our community members at every age of their development.

In concordance with our National Goals of Action, the Nation of Israel stands to ensure the financial integrity of our family
members. Many of our Israelite citizens have lived a vigorous life filled with hard work, exercise, and learning. Therefore, our
government looks forward to the aging of our growing citizen population. We invest a significant amount of tax-resources into the
mature family members within our community of Israel. All citizens of the Nation of Israel are permitted to retire after they have served
30-years in their full-time employment. However, they may choose to remain employed part-time, if they desire, even after they age of
retirement. However, our government does afford our citizens the ability of residing in senior living housing facilities, when needed.
These housing amenities are great alternatives for first generation elderly immigrants and new citizens who have not acquired a fair share
of capital to obtain private property. Senior living housing are designed in a multitude of housing options dependent upon the needs of
the elderly member. These non-traditional housing options for our senior community members are available with medical attendants and
personal aids. Additionally, our workforce team supplies in-home aids to assist in the daily living habits of elderly community members.
We also provided delivery services who provide daily nutritional prepared meals, in addition to transportation services for both
recreational and personal needs of senior citizens. Many of our ripened citizens will desire to remain in their own houses that they earned

in their youthful years through hard work and proper investing. To promote self-sufficiency at all ages, we encourage our younger
generation of citizens to fully take advantage of all health, educational, and commercial services to enjoy the long-term effects of an
energetic lifestyle and personal investment.

Health is a symbol of holiness. Fitness is the work to maintain personal wellness for the achievement of health. We supply our
community with ample activities to promote a healthy lifestyle as part of our culture. Physical fitness and cognitive fitness have a
significant impact on the overall quality of life in every stage of development and aging. Studies have proven that when a person
continues to exercise their mind, body, and soul they are better able to combat diseases and illnesses. By promoting a natural culture that
enjoys the cognitive exercises through learning and development, but also a physical fitness community where people are motived, our
elderly community can enjoy their latter years of life. Historically, the average Israelite can live approximately 120 years, as warranted by
God during the time of Noah. This is awarded to believers with minimal medical intervention and homoeopathic drugs. Consequently,
previous generations were known to live well over 900-years upon the Earth. Thus our community provides activity centers especially
designed for the social and developmental needs of our ripened members. In these activity centers, members can enjoy exploration
activities such as outdoor hiking, swimming, walking, and simply learning about nature. Israel has a very diverse biodiversity presented in
our ecosystem that we encourage everyone to freely enjoy. Additionally, seniors can enjoy fun indoor activities such as knitting, art,
games, and mild exercise routines. Citizens who properly care for themselves in their younger years can look forward to a minimum of 60
additional years of respite living as retired citizens. These services are available to our senior citizen members at the qualifying age of 50years old. Upon, reaching 50-years old community members will receive special discounts in the reduction of cost to receive government
services. This aids in maturing citizens ability to personally invest into their own retirement savings. Members may desire to work parttime; however, we encourage citizens to enjoy the various attractions of Israel and community amenities. With proper investing and good
health, our Israelite community members have a lot to look forward to in their pursuit of holy living. Our community is built from the
hard work and selfless contributions of our senior citizens, for this reason we command every member to honor the life and legacy of our

senior citizens and elders. The Nation of Israel would not be a fitting environment to consider home, if not for all the services of our
matured community members.

The overall cost of living is fair to keep up with the economic goals of self-sufficiency and financial security of our nation and
citizens of our family community. Moreover, citizens of Israel are not charged interest on loans they acquire to obtain large purchases,
such as housing and realty. Citizens do not rely on modern utilities that are known to drain their personal savings. Thus, retired citizens
are able to enjoy the life of liberty they dreamed. Our retired workforce team members, enjoy in their later life: financial security, good
health, devotional affection, and personal independence. Citizens can assure they are continuously supplied with their basic civil rights of
food, shelter, clothing, and protection under a secure government founded on the Covenant of King Jesus Christ. With minimum housing
and living expenses, we have removed the stress of aging for our faithful citizens. Now, our citizens have a reason to prepare for their
golden age as appreciated members of our community. Our economic system is not built upon the financial strain of draining our
community members with the cost of daily expense. Citizens are encouraged to invest into their own future with responsible savings and
purchases of assets. Nonetheless, we do provide, when needed, financial stipends to senior citizens who have worked for the Nation of
Israel. Taxes are mandated by the government of Israel in the support of the operation, management, development, and care of all
government services, property, and personnel. These stipends or pension are supplied from the taxes of our community members to
subsist the Israelite retiree. Both men and women who have retired as an Israelite citizen may be eligible for retirement pension for their
employment services. All citizens of the Nation of Israel serve our country in their dedicated service to our government and the Lord God
of Israel, King Jesus Christ. As a family community, we, the House of Jacob, are reminded of our ability to share in the security and
progress of our family heritage.

Recognizing the diversity in our population development and age brackets is imperative in preserving the future of our nation.
Affordable housing, high-quality education, fair-wages, equal opportunity, and entrepreneurship opportunities are not enough to protect
our aging citizens. We have to have a proven plan to ensure the safety of our future. The Nation of Israel is dedicated to the citizens of
our community who selfishly dedicate their services, talents, intelligence, devotion, and other contributions to the success of our family
nation. Public and private organizations provide an abundant of support services in the managed care of our elderly community
members. Safety, health, and security is a right that we all share and afford one another.

Citizenship Responsibility
All members of the community of Israel share in the continual responsibility toward the preservation of the Hebrew-Jewish biblical
heritage which displays the hope of their salvation. As a member of the community of Israel, each person is associated by their
contribution of service, dedication, intelligence, love, and resources. These continual demonstrations of integrity are what illuminates our
rich heritage as being the best nation of all the world. Foreign-Immigrants share in this undivided patriotism toward the wellbeing of the
Nation of Israel as a member of our community.
Citizenship is more that the privilege of the ability to reside within a legislative country. Citizenship is a display of responsibility,
pride, value, success, moral demeanor, and accountability. These qualities of responsible citizenship are hidden in the individual
relationship with the Lord God of Israel, King Jesus Christ who is the Lamb of God. Responsible citizenship does not only fall on the
shoulders of government officials. The members of the general public are expected to demonstrate self-restrain and sound judgement in
their daily activities and treatment toward one another. Government officials are responsible for their display in their national
responsibility in their directive of legislative laws toward the community of Israel. These officials assist in the mediation of offenses
toward government laws, whether civil or criminal, and ordinances by enforcing the expect culture of our community. However,
government officials are not exempt from exhibiting general responsible citizenship characteristics. For this reason, all of Israel agree to
continually present themselves in humble submission to the Lord Jesus Christ who has the ability to help Israel remain in covenant
standing with himself.
Now this is what the Lord says: Sing with joy
for Israel. Should for the greatest of nations!
Should out praise and joy: Save your people, O
Lord, the remnant of Israel! Jeremiah 31:7

Responsible Citizenship is the progressive act of patriotism in the continual action

throughout the community of Israel by each member. One member of the community
cannot make the Nation of Israel great. However, one member can bring shame to our
community. Thus, national integrity is a must for our cultural influence to continue forth

as we work for our salvation. All community members must learn to work together for the good of each other by putting aside selfish

ambitions that cause division, chaos, and moral decay. The Nation of Israel has a great amount of amenities that display the prominence
of our national society. For this reason, all community members are considered equal in their responsibility of display of national pride.
No other country in the world shares in the prominent culture as the Israelite community. The community of Israel is blessed
above all nations for our dedication to the wellbeing of all our citizens, animals, and environment. Both fair-wage and wealthy share in
the beauties of being an Israelite citizen of the House of Jacob. All citizens of Israel have the ability to advance through their professional
trade and government profession. Foreign-Immigrants are also treated very well and share in many of the joys of the inherited
community members. We invest in the prominence of all our community members to demonstrate the achievement of national success.
The Nation of Israel is reputed for its merry feast of joy for all the good Yahweh has provided to us. Furthermore, the Israelite community
is known for its lush pastures of fresh produce, healthy livestock, recreational parks, sparkling streams, and well managed civic amenities.
All of Israel share in the enjoyment of sophisticated living for their commitment to the King of Israel and the Covenant between Yahweh
and Israel.

There are no poverty-stricken neighborhoods throughout the

community of Israel. We share in the progression of national stability by
working toward national goals of health, environmental safety, and civil

are known for their unfailing dedication, excellent work ethics, and supreme intelligence. One of the greatest investments we afford for
our community members is high-quality public education nationwide, among other civil amenities. This has aided in the shared success of
all community members to live a quality life of prestige, honor, and integrity as our culture is known for as Israelites.

As a community member of Israel, everyone has cause for joy in their ability to share in all the blessings of the Jewish-Hebrew
family. National leaders and general community members share in the responsibility of building comradery and patriotism through the
building of personal relationships. Since every community member shares in the ongoing responsibility of upholding moral integrity and
national pride, everyone is reminded of their unity as a people to work toward the same cause. Each community member of Israel shares
in the similarities of human needs and personal desires; however, as members of the Body of Christ we all have the same concern and
regard to the preservation of the Jewish-Hebrew heritage of the family of Israel. The act of citizenship begins prior to the acceptance of
national citizenship status. The continuation of Israelite patriotism must not be permitted to extinguish from the elements of this world.

Jerusalem
Jerusalem, Israel is the capital city of the Nation of Israel. This
is the specific legislative district chosen by King of Israel, Jesus Christ.
The city of Jerusalem holds the supreme administrative legislative
body of government officials for the Nation of Israel. This district
will be used in strict usage for building legislative and administrative
building for government purposes. Furthermore, this is where the
whole community of Israel is designated to gather in holy reverence
and worship at the Temple of God. No other city of Israel, or any
foreign country is permitted to build the Temple of God. Since this is
a government district city, this city is considered holy and a Levitical

you harms my most precious possession. I will raise my fist to

that the Lord of Heavens Armies has sent me.
The Lord says, Shout and rejoice, O beautiful Jerusalem, for I am
coming to live among you. Many nations will join themselves to
the Lord on that day, and they too, will be my people. I will live
among you, and you will know that the Lord of Heavens Armies
has sent me. The land of Judah will be the Lords special possession

town, property of the Tribe of Levi. The general public may not
reside in this territory, unless they are chosen by sacred lots and granted permission from the Lord God of Israel, King Jesus Christ.

Levitical Priesthood
The Tribe of Levi is the chosen legislative administrators for the whole community of Israel. The Lord has chosen these members
to assist the community of Israel in organizing, planning, developing, managing, and implementing all covenant commandments. Of the
tribe of Levi, God has granted the priesthood to the chosen descendants of the priestly family. All other members of the tribe of Levi are
responsible for assisting the Levitical priests in their government duties. Members of the priesthood are required to prove their native

lineage to the priesthood using the Holy Bible containing both the Old Testaments and the New Testaments. In addition, these members
are responsible for obtaining a comprehensive understanding in their ability to govern the people of Israel.
Without the royal priesthood there can be no government of Israel nor a covenant to rectify the people of Israel when they sin or
guide them to live righteously. Of all the members of the tribe of Israel, only the royal priests and officiating monarch are permitted to
enter the most holy place at the Temple sanctuary. The tribe of Levi is the only tribe permitted to collect the royal treasuries and guard
government property, including the tithes and taxes required in the covenant between Yahweh and Israel. The Levitical priest have been
entrusted with safeguarding the whole House of God by preserving the sacred teachings of the Holy Covenant.

Royal Lineage
The royal family is responsible for ensuring the functionality of all government operations. As the chief legislative administrator,
the royal family ensures that the people of Israel fulfill all covenant obligations in their loyalty to the Lord. Historically, the Nation of
Israel revoked their covenant with God by forgetting that Israel is the firstborn son of God. Each tribe of Jacob represents the family of
Israel; therefore, all of Israel share in the unification of family development.
The royal family assist in equipping the people of Israel in operating as one community throughout the national territory. While
each tribal territory has its own characteristics, the same Laws of the Covenant govern each individual tribal territory. The royal monarch
is responsible for ensuring that the Nation of Israel operates as a united country under the jurisdiction of King Jesus Christ. Unity is the
most important aspect of the covenant community as members of the Body of Christ, the Lord will provide salvation to his holy and pure
Bride. Each citizen of the Nation of Israel is a constant reminded of the promised salvation and eternal redemption of the Passover Lamb
of God, King Jesus Christ. In the Book of Judges, the family of Israel was often sent into exile as a nation for the moral decay of sin that
spread like cancer to all parts of the tribal community body. The royal family ensures that all neighborhoods of the tribal community
continually flourishes as each part does its designated duties in progressing the House of Jacob and the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the message of repentance to receive salvation for continual loyalty to the King of Israel, the Messiah
Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, who is both the Son of God and the visible image of God, is the Lord God of Israel, Yahweh. All of Israel is
responsible for getting to know who the Lord is in their ability to obtain citizenship into the Nation of Israel, in addition to the Lords
eternal salvation and holy redemption.
The message of Jesus Christ is for both those who believe and for those who do not believe. Since, God will judge all people
according to their public and private deeds and thoughts, even those outside our community are responsible for obedience to God.
Judgement begins first at the house of the Lord with the priest who were given the Law of God and commanded to teach these Laws to the
people of Israel as an everlasting covenant of peace. Following the priest, the Lord will hand down judgement on the rest of Israel for
their failure to comply with these covenant commandments. Next, judgement will be charged in the favor of Gods righteousness against
those who never believed the Word of God nor desired to obey his commandments. Salvation is available to both the Jews and the
Gentiles who believe; therefore, the world no longer has an excuse for remaining in disobedience nor refusing to believe in Jesus Christ.
Of all the nations and religions of the world, the Nation of Israel and the native family of Jacob is the only kingdom that can fully preach
the Good News of Jesus Christ. All other nations will fall into eternal doom and discarded as worthless because they do know the
covenant God. However, in the establishment of one nation the Lord was seeking to redeem the whole world for eternal despair if they
will believe in love, hope, and faith. The Lords holy people ensure that the Word of God is protected from defilement and deception.

The Promise Land

The Promise Land is the covenant territory allotted to the promised descendant of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. All of the twelve
sons of the descendants of Jacob inherited tribal territory for their offspring to reside. However, the land will remain in ownership of the
Lord who has given the family of Israel regulations to care for his property. The Nation of Israel belongs to the Lord which includes

people, animals, and land which God has instructed us how to properly govern his belongings. The national territory of Israel expands
from the River of Egypt through the Arabian Desert to the Euphrates River. The Israelites have inherited the land of other pagan nations.
If the Israelites continue to observe all of the commandments of God, they will also inherit the earth as their eternal inheritance through
salvation.
Israel is unlike any other nation in its respect that Israels laws imitate the Government of Heaven where King Jesus Christ is eternally
enthroned. The Lord Jesus Christ who is God and the Creator of all life, is also the Eternal King of Israel. Jesus Christ is the Beginning and
the End. He is the King of all kings and Lord of all Lords. For this reason, the Israelites must ensure they observe all of the
commandments of God. The royal lineage is the indication of God establishing his government. The royal lineage is responsible for
establishing organization to the Nation of Israel by ruling as the supreme judge, high priest, prophet, military commander, and nativeborn descendent of the Israelite nation.

Hospitality
The ancient patriarch Abraham paved the example of the Israelite homestyle treatment of strangers, foreigners, household
servants, relatives, and community members. Hospitality is a major part of the Jewish-Hebrew culture to ensure guest and visitors feel
comfortable, secure, and welcomed. Whether a hosts is washing the feet of their guest or applying the customary anointment of pure
olive oil upon the forehead of a guest as a symbol of peaceful welcoming, hospitality is a signification part of our Jewish-Hebrew heritage.
The cultural greeting of one another with a hug and a kiss upon the cheek is also a common greeting of the welcoming embrace of love for
one another. Since the community of Israel is considered a simplex of family members, there is no stranger within our national borders.
This ensures that all members work toward illuminating the honor of Israels family name and heritage.
The ability to demonstrate genuine concern for one another can go a great length in raising the national security of the JewishHebrew family. A guest should not feel surprised if a neighbor joyfully welcomes them into their home for a feast or simple meal.

Hospitality progresses the cultural awareness of each community member to care for each other within a respectable commitment. Our
community values assist in the establishment of safety and security among all members to promote the welcoming of our neighborhood
family members. In promotion of hospitality, we are also able to inspire a culture of humility, gratefulness, love, and security. Hospitality
cultivates a genuine awareness to the social human needs that permit the love of one another to fully develop as a holy people. Our
display of love for one another is the outward display of our love for God, the Heavenly Father of the Israelite family.

Servitude
In the promotion of civil welfare and national security, all members of the community of Israel are reminded of their codependency
upon one another. The dedication of service is what propels our community forward toward the continual progression of receiving our
salvation from the Lord and thus inheriting the whole earth as he promised. The act of service is our own willingness to remember we all
serve one Lord who is God, King Jesus Christ, and we are subject to his acceptance or disapproval by our value of service. There is no
better than the other community member. All members assist in the progress of securing the roots of the Nation of Israel and the
biblical Jewish-Hebrew culture for eternal service to God.
For instance, sentry officers serve the community in their service to protect the community of Israel by enforcing government laws.
Each community member also demonstrates their willingness to serve by observing government laws without fail. This assists in the
exceptional service that enhances our community for all our members. In addition, remember that all members of our community have
value to the preservation of honor toward our community. Each community member, whether a child or an adult, janitor or postal
carrier, all provide community services that enhance the integrity of our community. As each community member provides their service
to enrich the community where we all live, there is peace, prosperity, and unfailing love to God, ourselves, and each other. The act of
servitude extends from the individual who is willing to demonstrate humility, respect, service, and dedication upon one another in the
establishment of our faith in Jesus Christ.

Types of Community Residency Status

There are several types of community residency status. The Nation of Israel operates with the legislative authority of government
power under the jurisdiction of King Jesus Christ. The Nation of Israel is comprised of family members, household guest, and visitors.
While our community is considered a hospitality nation, the entry into Israelite territory is a privilege granted through humble
submission to the Lord God of Israel. Government officials have the authority to refuse a person entry into the community of Israel. This
expression of authority protects the heritage of the Israelite nation and the
citizens of Israel for acts of security threats.

When a person seeks to become a member of the Nation of Israel

they are demonstrating their own desire to reside in holy territory. While
our community members come from a variety of cultures, religions, and
national origin, anyone seeking entry into the Nation of Israel must
demonstrate honor to the biblical Jewish-Hebrew family heritage in their
worship of King Jesus Christ. All non-citizens and citizens are expected to
adhere to national government standards of the Jewish-Hebrew culture.
The establishment of a government is the approval of specific cultural
normality in order to function properly. Non-citizens granted entry into

believing in Christ. Yes, even today when they read Moses
writings, their hearts are covered with that veil, and they do
not understand.
But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken

designed to protect the heritage of our family honor with respect, integrity, honesty, and joy. Government officials have the authority to
extradite and reprimand any community member in violation of our covenant government laws.

CITIZENSHIP STATUS
A citizen of Israel is considered to be a family member of the House of Jacob. These members are able to serve as national and civic
leaders of the Nation of Israel. Community members with an Israelite citizenship status are permitted to purchase tribal territory that will
be passed on to their descendants. The purchase of tribal territory includes agricultural land, residential assets, industrial property, and
commercial property to operate private enterprises. All citizens of Israel enjoy the full-benefits of being the Bride of Christ and the
offspring of King Jesus Christ. These members have purchased their own redemption as faithful believers and have been chosen by sacred
lots in the presence of God to be appointed a specific tribal inheritance. There is a government fee and ceremonial requirements of all
community members who desire citizenship status. Government fees and the procedures of ceremonial rituals will not be performed until
the Lord God approves the person as a national citizen and appoints their tribal territory inheritance as a descendant of Israel. A person
who has chosen to become a citizen of the Nation of Israel and accepted by God as being a tribal member cannot revoke their family tribal
privileges or responsibilities.

Native-born Israelite Citizenship (Jew)

All native-born citizens of the Nation of Israel must prove their family genealogy before being accepted as native citizens. These
members are required to meet all government requirements for refugees and temporary residents prior to receiving their inheritance of
Israel. Native-born citizens are expected to observe all government laws prior to their acceptance as national or tribal leaders of the

people of Israel. All native-born citizens have the privilege of standing in the holy presence of the God of Israel, King Jesus Christ to carry
out government and worship responsibilities.

Foreign-born Israelite Citizenship (Gentile)

Any temporary resident who desires to become an Israelite citizen is not responsible for proving their Israelite genealogy. These
individuals, with their family, may apply for foreign-born Israelite citizenship status. These new citizens must follow all government
requirements and ceremonial ritual in order of acceptance of national citizenship. Foreign-born Israelite have the same legal rights as
native-born Israelite; except, they may not serve as Levitical priest of Israel. These members may be chosen by sacred lots in the presence
of God to be appointed as tribal leaders or other offices of government. They may also be officiated as civil leaders and serve as members
of the general public. All foreign-born Israelites are expected to demonstrate comprehension in the Covenant of Jesus Christ prior to their
service as government authorities.

So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens
along with all of Gods holy people. You are members of Gods family. Together,
we are his house, built on the foundation of apostles and the prophets. And the
cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him,
becoming a holy temple for the Lord. Through him you Gentiles are also becoming
made part of his dwelling where God lives by his Spirit. Ephesians 2: 19-22

NON-CITIZENSHIP STATUS
A person without Israelite citizenship status is considered to be a temporary resident. These temporary residents can establish
their citizenship with the Nation of Israel through the application of faith. All non-citizens or temporary residents are considered to hold
a dual-citizenship status from their prior country. Therefore, non-citizens must observe all government observances prior to the approval
of acceptance into the Nation of Israel as an Israelite citizen. Temporary residents do not have the ability to operate private enterprises or
purchase ownership of national territory land. These non-citizens are expected to work as hired workers in the Nation of Israel during
their temporary residency period.
Non-citizens can remain in Israelite territory for a maximum of seven years prior to being extradited from national territory.
However, non-citizens can be extradited prior to this time for failure to follow government laws and covenant obligations. The purpose
of permitting a foreigner to reside among the Israelite community is for them to demonstrate their patriotism toward the Nation of Israel
and their faith in King Jesus Christ of the Kingdom of Heaven. Temporary residents are permitted to entry the community of Israel on the
bases that they will assimilate into the Jewish-Hebrew culture of the Nation of Israel.
All temporary residents who desire to enter the community of Israel will receive a minimum of 30-days in detoxification and
quarantine units. Temporary residents are prohibited from importing any restricted items into our community. There is no fee for
becoming a temporary resident; however, temporary residents will be expected to pay tithes and taxes on all approved items brought into
Israelite territory. Taxes will be assessed by the royal monarch or Levitical priest who will appraise items according to the sanctuary
shekel. All temporary residents are responsible for government fees of imported belonging personal usage. Temporary residents are
strictly prohibited from importing commercial items into Israelite territory. Tithes are assessed at 10% value of item. An additional 10%

Refugee-Immigrant
Any person who desires to enter the national territory of the Nation of Israel is considered a refugee-immigrant for the first 31-days.
A Refugee-Immigrant is any person who is seeking refuge to escape war, disease, famine, civil unrest, and oppression from their native
country of origin. During the first 30-days of acceptance as a refugee-immigrant, the person or persons will be quarantined in a specified
location outside of the community of Israel. These refugees will not be considered temporary residents of Israel until they have been
cleared of any health issues, verified their identification, and passes other security clearance.
Refugee-Immigrants must pass a health screening consisting of: health examination, psychological analyzation, fitness assessment,
dental examination, and gender screening. These examines must be completed within the first three days of quarantine for entry into the
community of Israel. Refugees that fail the health screen may choose to continue quarantine treatment through their 30-days of
detoxification. A priest will examine the quarantined refugee on the 31st day to determine if they have deemed ceremonially clean or
ceremonially unclean. No person with any health disease will be permitted to enter the community of Israel. Person with physical and
certain mental disabilities will be protected from any discrimination. During this time of quarantine, a priest will instruct all refugees of
basic community laws, social responsibilities, and expectations. A priest serving as the chief immigration officer may use their own
discretion in the permission of granting any refugee access into the Nation of Israel.

Temporary Resident
A person who has successfully been accepted into the community of Israel as a temporary resident will receive tax-invested services
through a government organized vocational rehabilitation program. This 36-month (3-year) social service will assist in the acclamation of
new residents. Temporary residents will be assigned a government-issued immigration officer and a vocational rehabilitation caseworker
that will manage their immigration services and personal progress.

Temporary Residents will have their immigration status assessed for approval or decline on the first 12-months (1-year) after initial
acceptance into community. However, foreign-immigrants will be required to meet with immigration officers every 60-days. After
approval, the temporary resident is expected to reapply every 2-years (24 months). During the first 24-months of acceptance into the
Nation of Israel, all temporary residents will be housed in temporary-shelters supervised by vocational rehabilitation officials. Upon
approval of temporary residency extension, the resident is required to being seeking gainful employment and personal rental housing
within the community of Israel.

Upon the seventh year of successfully residing in the community of Israel and meeting all government requirements, the temporary
resident can apply to become a naturalized Israelite citizen. Government requirements include having own temporary housing and
employment for a minimum of four consecutive years, successfully completed vocational rehabilitation program, demonstrate
comprehension in observing government Laws of God, and express Israelite patriotism. Temporary residents do not share all the same
rights as national citizens, since these community members maintain dual-citizens of two government authorities. These community
members may be extradited from Israelite territory prior to the acceptance of citizenship.

A temporary resident who gives birth to a child while in Israelite territory will be considered to have the same status of their
parent. If the minor child matures to the age of 20-years of age, while residing with their parents, they must apply for refugeeimmigration status. They will not be considered a part of the covenant family just because they were born in Israelite territory. These
new refugee-immigrants must follow the same procedures of immigration policy to become a temporary resident. However, they may be
exempt from the detoxification and quarantine of new foreign immigrants. An immigration officer may decline the request of re-entry
into the Nation of Israel, if the temporary resident is unable to pass their requirements. If their parents are extradited, the minor child

National Pennant of Israel

Today, the Lord has united his Kingdom of Heaven by his own desire to honor his sovereign realm as King Jesus Christ of the
Nation of Israel. No longer are the people of Israel divided into two separate kingdoms of Israel and Judah. While the diversity of our
family appearance now includes the multitudes of various nations, the Messiah has united all people into himself and ended the wars that
cause division between all people. The Nation of Israel stands for family honor to the eternal Jewish-Hebrew heritage. By a show of
reward, every Israelite can proudly fly their national and tribal flag as a demonstration to their patriotism and family honor. Our national
and tribal flags are patriotic symbols of our national championship to be considered a united nation. The Nation of Israel represents
courage, family, prosperity, loyalty, freedom, and holiness. The people of Israel must not permit to perish the holiness of our biblical
culture. Any with our pledge of eternal loyalty may the family of Israel continue to flourish and take its places among the foreign
countries of the world as one people.

The History of the National Flag of Israel

The national of flag of the Nation of Israel is a depiction of the family unity of the twelve sons of Jacob. Reminding us of the purity
of Israels holiness is a single white stripe in the center of our national banner. Then beautifully decorated in the center of the white stripe
are 12 stars rotating around one single star. The solitude of this star represents the
unity of the tribes of Israel as harmonized family. The Lord states in the Book of
Psalms that He counts the stars and calls them all by name. A reminder that the
Lord personally seeks to find, guide, and collect all of his people to himself.
Added to the national banner are two sky-blue stripes at the top and bottom
portions of the national emblem. Sky-blue is the national color of Israels required
garment tassels. These light blue stripes are reminders for Israel to always look up

to the Lord God of Israel who does hear the prayers, pleads, and cries of his children. Lastly, our national banner is decorated with two
dark blue stripes as a representation of night. The Lord God redeemed the children of Israel during the dark of the night while they
resided in Egypt during Passover. King Jesus Christ of Israel, the Lamb of God, has promised to come as surely as a thief in the night once
more to redeem the nation of Israel from the Earth. Every part of our national pennant is an assuring reminder of the victory of our faith,
hope, and love.

Encouragement of Patriotism and National Honor

The citizens of Israel may also choose to display their patriotism by standing the national or their tribal flag on their household
property. Each tribal territory is identified by its own tribal flag, especially designed in representation of specific tribal characteristic. All
community members, even temporary residents, are permitted to display their national pride with the patriotism of the ancestral flags of
Israel. The display of the tribal flags creates a nationalist aspiration toward the defense of the cultural integrity and heritage of the Nation
of Israel. All community members are expected to continually promote the national security and welfare without discrimination to the
Nation of Israel and King Jesus Christ.

Prohibited from Commercial Manufacturing of National Flags

The national tribal flags of Israel are considered government property and may be confiscated at any time by a government official
of Israel. Citizens may only purchase tribal flags through The National Security Commission of Israel. Community members are
prohibited from profiting from the distribution or manufacturing of government property. All national tribal banners will be
manufactured in a controlled environment under government supervision and distributed to the general public for purchase.

A community member who duplicates any tribal flag of Israel will be held in contempt of the Laws of God. Such criminal offenses
will be prosecuted by the Court of Law of the Nation of Israel. The convicted assailant will be imprisoned for a maximum of 60 days, once
convicted.
Community members are permitted to wear patriotic colors as decorations of their clothing, household dcor, and other personal
belongings. However, all members of the general public are strictly prohibited from duplicating the national or tribal flags for their
personal gain and usage. All national tribal banners that are flown throughout the government of Israel must be purchased from The
Administration of Nationalism of the Nation of Israel. This will ensure all banners are accurately displayed and designed to government
specifications and held in high esteem.

The Nation of Israel: National Goals of Action

This message concerning the fate of Israel came from the Lord: This message is from the Lord, who stretched out the
heavens, laid the foundations of the earth, and formed the human spirit. I will make Jerusalem like an intoxicating drink
that makes the nearby nations stagger when they send their armies to besiege Jerusalem and Judah. On that day I will
make Jerusalem an immovable rock. All the nations will gather against it to try to move it, but they will only hurt
themselves.
On that day, says the Lord, I will cause every horse to panic and every rider to lose his nerve. I will watch over the people
of Judah, but I will blind all the horses of their enemies. And the clans of Judah will say to themselves, The people of
Jerusalem have found strength in the Lord of Heavens Armies, their God.
On that day I will make the clans of Judah like a flame that sets a woodpile ablaze or like a burning torch among sheaves
of grain. They will burn up all neighboring nations right and left, while they people living in Jerusalem remain secure.
The Lord will give victory to the rest of Judah first, before Jerusalem, so that the people of Jerusalem and the royal line of
David will not have greater honor than the rest of Judah. On that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem; the
weakest among them will be as mighty as King David! And the royal descendants will be like God, like the angel of the
Lord who goes before them! For on that day I will begin to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
Then I will pour out the Spirit of grace and prayer on the family of David and on the people of Jerusalem. They will look
on me whom they have pierced and mourn for him as for an only Son. They will grieve for Him as for a firstborn son who
has died. They sorrow and mourning in Jerusalem on that day will be like the great mourning for Hadad-rimmon in the
valley of Megiddo.
All Israel will mourn, each clan by itself, and with the husband separate from their wives. The clan of David will mourn
alone, as the clan of Nathan, the clan of Levi, and the clan of Shimei. Each of the surviving clans from Judah will mourn
separately, and with the husband separate from their wives. Zechariah 12
