7. Gulukand: Yadashat badhane ke liye din mein kam se kam 2 bar gulukand khana chahiye. Students ko ye
upay roj karna chahiye, isse padha hua sab yaad rehta hai.
8. Daalchini: Raat ko sone se pahle 10 graam dalchini powder ko shahad mein mila kar chaat le aur uske baad
kuch khaye piye nahi. Isse bhulne ki bimari dur hoti hai aur yaddasht badhti hai.
9. Jamun: Jamun mein fosetin hota hai jo pichli baate yaad rakhne mein madad karta hai. Jamun mein smaran
shakti tej karne ki takat hoti hai.
Ek research mein paya gya ki pregnant women ke liye machli(fish) khana behad faydemand hota
hai. Jo garbhwati mahilaye hafte mein 3 se 4 din machli khati hai unke bacho ka dimag bahut tej
hota hai. Machli khane se bacho ke dimag ka ache se vikas hota hai aur bacho ko autism ka
khatra bhi kam hota hai.
