In this assignment which is shown below, I learned the different ethics dilemmas and the
difference in values and beliefs concerning the social workers practice behaviors were guidelines
by a set of principles called the NASW Code of Ethics. This code details training routines
recognize and managing personal values in a way that allows professional values to guide
practice as a social worker. The ethical standard social workers must make ethical decisions by
applying an unbiased view towards the client's I serve to ensure their protection from
professional pitfalls for myself and the clients. I was also able to understand how to put my
personal value system in perspective with standards of the NASW Code of Ethics.
