Player order: clockwise, starting from 1st player


I. Event Phase: affects all tribes simultaneously
a. If 1st players tribe has a War Chief, they may assign a different 1st player
b. If the auction bid is tied, the winner is chosen in this order:
i.
Wins Ties ability
ii.
If still tied, player order
II. Hunter Assignment Phase: each tribe may assign hunters in player order
III. Negotiation Phase: tribes may negotiate in any order
a. If negotiations fail for contested biomes (neither tribe agrees to leave),
competing tribes with a War Chief must attack in this order:
i. Most Iron
ii. If tied, player order
IV. Roll for Hunt
a. 1st player chooses the order in which biomes are resolved
b. If a biome is still contested, roll for successful hunt in this order:
i. Hunt First ability
ii. Least hunters
iii. If still tied, player order
V. Domestic Animal Phase: tribes may pay costs in any order
VI. Elder Action Phase
a. Polytheistic tribes activate their elders first, in player order
b. Monotheistic tribes activate their elders next, in player order
