TERMS & CONDITION FOR THE COLLECTION:

1. The voucher shall be self-collected and no representative permitted is allowed to
collect on behalf regardless of any reason eg: Intern etc.
2. The voucher shall not be transferred to any party/ies or redeemed in any form of
cash not for sale.
3. Please present your MYKad & Student ID during collection.
4. Collection other than above schedule may not be able to be entertained.
5. Uncollected vouchers will be returned to the Campus Lifestyle Division, Chancellery
by 29th June 2016.
6. Any concerns or enquiries kindly call 06-5512058 / 2131 / 2067 / 2053 and we will
try to assist you wherever possible.
7. The validity of the vouchers will expire on 31th July 2016.
