First of all we would like to congratulate all of the newly promoted staff
members and given chance to view this simple guidebook. You viewing all this
contents means that JGG Administration acknowledges that you are a full staff
member thus will carry out duties and responsibilities entitled as such. Please pay
attention to this guide and dont hesitate to come back to it more often when in
need as it will help you. This handbook was created through the combination of
elements from 3 different administration documents, as well as our insight in order
to provide a single document explaining your role, with helpful messages and
guidelines in order to improve your experience as an admin.

Ban Format:
Reason - Time - Name of Admin (For example: Hacking - 3 Years Mantis)

Types of Punishments
The most important thing to remember, punishments are meant to rehabilitate players, not
merely punish them. Select a punishment in a help room case that best suits the situation.
These are guidelines to assist you, not words to live by.
Verbal Warning
When the player made a minor mistake, or didnt understand a rule. It is the first punishment
that is given. Disrespect can be a verbal warning, depending on the situation.
Physical Warning (Strike)
When the player made a mistake, or ignored a rule. It is given out as a reminder not to do it
again, and is usually given to players who would not benefit from a verbal warning or would
ignore them. If a player repeats these mistakes or violations, they will receive more strikes.
Loss of tags
Depending on the situation, a player or staff member may lose their tags for repeated violations
of rules. Blufor tags should only be revoked by Blufor staff.
Removed from position
A staff member can be removed by executive or management for not being suitable for duty,
abuse of power, or other violations of staff protocols or rules.
Required immediate re-rule testing (revoke rule approved tag and do rule testing
again)
The player needs re-rule testing because they do not have a sufficient level of understanding of
the rules or their rule testing was not sufficient enough.
Kick
If a player is AFK as Blufor when there are full slots and there is demand for these slots, if a
player needs to be quickly removed from the game, for example robbing the bank with less than
5 cops online, or as a situational solver, for example a skin glitch, all of these reasons are valid
for a kick.
Ban
When a player has violated server rules severely or repeatedly, including but not limited to:
mass and continuous disrespect, threats, mass rdm, mass vdm or any other in-game offenses,
usually combined with failing to join teamspeak (one day on top of other punishments), strike 4.

Basic Guidelines for Banning

Updated: 1 Day for every Offense

Server Restarts:
Always issue a warning 30 minutes prior to the restart, at around the 360
minute mark . Continue warning at the 15, 10, 5 and 1 minute marks. Make sure to
communicate with your fellow Admins to make sure that only one person will
commence the actual restart.
In order to restart, on EPM click Options Restart then Options Reassign. Restart
will only perform half of the needed operation! Without reassign, slots wont reset.
Spamming restart or reassign may end up with a stat-save problem and is therefore
strictly prohibited.
