REFLEX ADMINISTRATION RESULT

1. ROOTING The tester stroke the cheek of ABSENT

2. SUCKING The mother is breastfeeding PRESENT

4. DOLL’S EYE The tester hold the red yarn 6- PRESENT

5. PALMAR GRASP The tester placed her finger to PRESENT
the infants palm, the infant
grasp it by closing his finger
around it.
6. PLANTAR GRASP The tester touched the sole of PRESENT
the foot at the base of the toes
of the infant, toes grasp the
finger of the tester.
7. BABINSKI The tester striked the lateral ABSENT

fingertip, from the help up
toward the little toes and
acroos the the foot to the big
toe. No fanning of the toes is
observed.
8. EXTRUSION Based on the mother’s report, PRESENT
