Fage 0 and 2% Fat Yogurt

I'm big on making sure that I have enough

dairy in my daily diet. A good way of doing this
and fitting in a serving or two is by eating
yogurt.

You should know that I've never really enjoyed

yogurt in the past until I discovered the Greek
variety.

It’s all about the way that it’s strained and

prepared. It has such a creamy, velvety
texture that it can’t help but add to the taste
and the flavor experience.

There are a number of Greek yogurts that I like but my preference of late is Fage Greek
Yogurt. You can get it plain, of various fat %'s, and even with fruit/honey on the side including:

 Cherry
 Peach
 Strawberry
 Blueberry

What’s even better about this style of yogurt is that it can be eaten as a snack or the plain
varieties can be used in cooking or recipes to cut down on fat and increase your protein
intake. Examples include application in salads or slaws (tomato, cucumber, coleslaw), in
Mexican dishes in place of sour cream, for dips, and in pasta sauces.
