Overall this is a good program for beginners, but without the record keeping function,
the best that can be done (in the case that the teacher does not have a computer lab at
their disposal) is to have the students print record their progress on their own, or to
have playing assessments. In general this is a good resource, including attractive
graphics and multimedia. The overarching progression of the material is well though
out and lends itself to a unit approach. The practice pieces that are used create a
spiraling of the material into a comprehensive review.
