Expert on different Wintel Technologies and OS related applications, resolves at least
80% of calls routed to him/her , without having to dispatch to service partners.
In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting on Wintel Plateform and knowledge of server
maintenance/configurations (Windows Server OS, VMware, Citrix,Novell).
