1X Reaction Buffer [20mM] Tris-HCL (pH 8.8 @
25 °C), 10 mM (NH4)2SO4, 10 mM KCl, 2 mM
MgSO4, 0.1% Triton x-100].

Unit Definition:
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme
necessary to catalyze the incorporation of 0.01
μmol dNTP into acid-insoluble material in 30 min
at 72°C in 1X reaction buffer.

Storage Conditions:
100mM KCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl (ph 7.4), 0.1 mM
EDTA. 1 mM dithiothreitol, 0.5% Tween 20, 0.5%
