    Subject: To be at respective desks during duty hours.

    This has come to the notice of the management that some employees are spending
    more than allotted time during tea breaks. Please note that your act influences the
    organization negatively and thus bringing down the discipline level in our
    organization.

    All you need to do is to improve your habit, for this you need to observe break during
    specified break-timings.

    I will assist you in any way that I can do to remedy the problem. However, unless the
    matter can be corrected, I shall have no other alternative but to further disciplinary or
    corrective actions. Please treat this warning seriously and improve accordingly.
