DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This deed, made and entered into this _____ day of __________, 2010, Marikina
City, by and between:

__________, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, married to __________, with

residence and postal address at __________, hereinafter referred to as the
"ASSIGNOR"

-and-

__________, married to __________; and __________, married to

__________, both Filipinos, of legal age, both with residence and postal
address at __________, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNEES".

WITNESSETH that -

WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR is the buyer of a certain parcel of land including all
existing building/improvements thereon located in __________ covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. __________ of the register of Deeds of __________ City Branch;
and is the payee of a cheque numbered _____________, issued by the HDMF Pag-
IBIG pursuant to the Housing Loan applied for by the Assignor;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to to assign all his rights, title and
interest over the check to be issued by the HDMF Pag-IBIG as payment for the above-
mentioned property and the ASSIGNEES hereby accept the assignment in accordance
with the terms herein set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, as consideration for the property covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title No. __________, which the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to
have been transferred to his name from the ASSIGNEES, the ASSIGNOR hereby
assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEES, all his rights, title and interest to
the cheque to be issued by HDMF Pag-IBIG by virtue of the Housing Loan applied for,
pursuant to this Agreement and the ASSIGNEES by these presents hereby accept the
assignment and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Absolute Deed of
Sale entered into by all the parties concerned on __________.
