How do I send in my watch for service?

1. Ship via a carrier that can track your package throughout the delivery process. We
recommend that you insure the package for the appropriate value.

2. Package watch carefully in a sturdy, disposable box, not your original presentation
box.

3. Print your name and return address on the package, as well as on all correspondence
enclosed with your watch.

4. Include your daytime phone and fax number and an email address if applicable.

5. Repairs being sent for warranty service must be returned within the warranty period
and include the completed warranty card and/or a copy of the original sales receipt.

6. Outline the issue and reason for return, as well as any other service you are interested
in having addressed.

7. If your request concerns bracelet sizing, include an accurately marked wrist tape or
measurement of your wrist.

8. On rare occasions, certain components may no longer be available to completely


service a watch. Consequently, the watch will need be returned without repair.

Upon completion of the evaluated timepiece you will receive an estimate for the
recommended services. Work will begin once we receive the proper approval.
