MAKE A BANK
The Ministry of Quant is the regulator of all the banks
participating in the Vistas Business League.
You should submit the following documents to the Ministry of Quant.
1. CAPITAL STRUCTURE (MAX: 1,00,00,000 INR)
2. CORE SPECIALITY (retail/merchant/rural/investment
banking)
3. PROJECT THE UNIQUENESS OF YOUR BANK
4. INTEREST RATES
5. AN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFER FOR THE EQUITY YOU
ARE OFFERING TO THE PUBLIC.

Also prepare
a) IPO Prospectus banner (size A3 or larger)
b) 29 seconds video commercial for the IPO Launch
c) Interest Rates banner (all schemes on deposits and loans)
(size A3 or bigger)
d) A seal for your bank (it should carry the logo and name)

What you do in the first round may have implications in the

rounds that follow.
Note: Creativity with financial finesse is encouraged
The ministry of quant shall not accept reports that are submitted
to it after the 16th of September 2008. Two Hardcopies of your
report containing all the documents and the CD containing the
media have to submitted before 1:00pm to the:
