Duration of product use:  - Ordered the pink color for my wife, the color is way

Level of expertise:  Good - The only third party software I installed was MS Office 
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2  home edition, but the computer has not had any 
Duo Processor T7100 (1.80  problems with freezing or programs dying.
GHz, 2 MB L2 cache, 800  - It can with the 250 gig harddrive and the DVD 
MHz FSB) reader/writer
Memory: 2048MB 667MHz  - 2 gigs of RAM which is plenty.
Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM Cons
Screen: Anti-glare,
widescreen 17.0 inch display  - The 17" version is very bulky so if you want mobility 
(1440 x 900) opt for the smaller screen (not really a con, just a
consideration).
- The placement of the power adapter input is on the 
back which makes it a target for getting bent around too 
much if the laptop is used on the couch or other not 
level working surfaces.
- The latches that keep the laptop closed are big and 
unattractive.
- Sometimes it feels like the trackpad doesnt register 
finger movements as well as it should.

Additional Thoughts
I bought this laptop for my wife. She mainly watches 
streaming video online and does a lot of web browsing. 
I opted for the higher quality options on it as I intend to 
use it for some web development and print design in the

 future. I haven't had a chance to really push the 
envelope as far as cpu and graphic intensive programs 
go, but so far it hums along nicely.

Value: -beautiful, glossy, large 17" screen

Duo Processor T7300 (2.00  button is pressed (only 1/5 of it comes out so you have

Hard Disk:  240GB (would prefer windows XP)
(5.400rpm) SATA Dual Hard  -did not come with any extras such as mouse, 
Drive (2x 120GB) mousepad, cooling pad(which has to be purchased 
Screen: Glossy, widescreen  seperately)
17.0 inch display (1440 x -touchpad doesnt register finger movement as well as it 
900) should (which is one of the biggest drawbacks)
-laptop heats up too quickly
-took forever to get this laptop (received 3 weeks after 
ordered)

Features: I had the laptop configured fully loaded and although I 
have yet to try all the features, I am very pleased with
Value: the laptop so far. The 17" screen and full size keyboard 
Reviewed by: Daks123 make it easy to use. I haven't had any problems with 
(read all my reviews) Windows Vista - that was a big concern.
I like the grills on the left side that vent any heat 
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2  produced. It keeps it cool on my lap.

glossy widescreen 17.0 inch  It is heavy and would be too big to lug around much, but 
display (1920 x 1200) I didn't buy it for that either.

I wish it had the lit keyboard.
