incorporated, and existing under the laws of Romania, with its Head Office in 11-13 Povernei St,

Founded in 1993, CONCEPT Consult & Prospect SRL, has two main activities: consulting and
management for the hotel industry and corporate travel service in Romania and abroad, through our
travel agency- New Concept Tours.

14 years ago in tel Aviv, Israel, beginning with a position in a local tour operator’s office, and
continuing by being Deputy Manager at Imperial Hotel Tel Aviv and then Front Office Manager at
Ramada Hotel Tel Aviv. His working experience is doubled by an extensive background education
starting with The Civil Engineering Faculty in Bucharest and continuing with The Hotel Business
School in Israel. The two courses at School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University, Tel Aviv
Israel, taken I 1992 and 1993, together with graduation from National Institute for Management In

He is assisted by a young team of 10 full-time travel agents, plus the 2 employees for the financial

from School of Hotel Business, Academy of Economics Studies, Bucharest-Romania. She also
attended management seminars held in 1993, 1994 and 1995 by Harding University Arkansas –USA,
