The truth is, you can use crash diets to jump start a real diet. These are real diets that give
you the right amount of nutrients that you need everyday. The food used in certain diets
may vary, weather its all vegetables or all meat, its up to you. These food are "fat burning
foods" which include lean protein, coffee, whole grains and so much more. It also gives
the body the proper nutrients it needs everyday.
Eating lean meat such as pork, chicken, turkey and beef helps boost up your metabolism
and makes it hard to digest quickly, which results to lessen your frequent eating habits.
Eating fish like tuna and salmon helps lower your body's leptin level, which aids in faster
and added calorie burn.
