the body and helps you lower your risk for heart diseases and stroke.

Never ever turn to saturated fats and Trans fats when you're trying to gain weight. Yes
they are labeled as fats and can surely contribute a lot in weight gain but they are
considered as bad fats. Trans fats found in most processed foods and commercial sweet
goods can increase your risk for heart disease and cancer. So as much as possible stick to
the natural and healthy way of gaining weight.
