    The Commonwealth of

    Massachusetts
    State Senate Republican
    Caucus
    State House, Boston, MA 02133-1054

    Messrs. Tisei, Tarr, Knapik, Hedlund, and Ross move to amend the bill, (H.5028), by
    adding the following new section at the end thereof:

    Section XX. The Secretary of Administration and Finance shall certify to the Ways
    and Means Committees of the House and Senate the amount of revenue necessary
    to support the levels of spending attributable to this act, the potential impact on
    other budget accounts that will result from the passage of this act, and the potential
    need for further appropriations for accounts receiving funds in this act, not later
    than thirty days following its passage.
