court to direct all participants in the prosecutorial team to show authority.

PRODUCE OATH OF OFFICE

In the days of our founders, before next day air anywhere in the world, telegraph, telephone, cell

phone, email, ipod, and instant messaging, words were not so plentiful and of far greater

consideration. To our founders, their word was their bond. In this fast paced wireless world a

man's words wind up thrown around as if they have no value. Let us learn here from the honor

of our founders and in the words of the American Indians, let our words have iron in them, above

all, when we render them to court documents.

Our founders bound themselves on their oath and it was the clear expectation that what a man

swore to he held up as his epitaph, as a testament to his fidelity and personal honor. Obedience

to ones oath constituted the measure of a man and no man of honor would violate one once made

in good faith.

Therefore, Affiant moves the court to demand of all those acting as members of the prosecutorial

team, who present themselves in any official capacity, to first demonstrate that they are bound to

the fidelity of the law and honor of their official capacities by producing their binding oaths

made a requirement of office.

DISQUALITY ON FAILURE TO PRODUCE OATH

To avoid insulting the honor of this court, I will refrain from producing the well-established

stacks of starie decis upholding the absolute imperative of an oath as an unavoidable requisite to

the holding of public office and simply move the court, on failure of any official to produce such

oath, to disqualify said office holder as an impeached imposter on the public trust and not a

credible person for the purposes of representing truth before this court.
