Job Responsibilities:

v To execute the work as per the approved method statement, shop drawings, material and
specifications.

v To check the works of the subcontractor in comparison with the approved shop drawings &
method statement.

v Ensure that necessary QA/QC procedures are implemented on site on a daily basis including
subcontractor.

v Making orders for the materials as per the requirement on site in conjunction with drawings,
specifications and contract.

v Prepare schedules of activities, monitor and compare them according to the actual progress
and planned activities on a daily and weekly basis.

v Preparing daily program of labor and plant in conjunction with Foreman.

v Liaise with consultants to resolve any technical issues in a day to day basis.

v Conducting the Work inspection with the consultants and coordinating with them for the
approvals.

v Coordinating with all Subcontractors (MEP Contractor, Flooring & Tiling Works
Subcontractor, Ceiling Subcontractor etc.) for site progress.

v To hand over the project, ensure timely completion of all installation including the final
finishing activities of all subcontractors.
