AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) from the Student
Events Pool (6272-0200-03) to pay for Wild on Wildlife.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1
Wild on Wildlife $250

STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point

font or font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for
the event(s) as required by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12). All advertisements shall be
approved by the Public Relations Director prior to distribution (260.13).

This allocation of money will pay the fee for Cathi Wright to give a short presentation on the
conservation and biology of birds of prey. Cathi will also be displaying different birds of prey
throughout the presentation. The event is planned to be held in VMMC 6 with the tentative date
of November 30th at 2-4pm.
