The above graph shows that 89% of BSP
EMPLOYEE are in the favour of training whereas 7%
are not in favour and 4% are not sure about that.
Q. Are you aware about training programme
provided by Bhilai Steel Plant ?
INTERPRETATION
– In the above graph 87% of the BSP employee are
aware about the Training programme whereas 13%
employee are not aware of Training programme.
Q. If yes than how did you come to know
about it ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 65% of BSP employee know
about training through department , 25% know it
from BOSS and 10% know it from other sources

programme during last 2 years ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 58% of BSP employee are
attended a Training programme during last 2 yrs
whereas 42% of employee are not attended..
Q. Do you feel that work can be performed
often attending the training programme?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 90% of BSP employee said that work can
be performed better after training programme and 7% think
NO Whereas 3% are not sure about that.

INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 75% of the BSP employee are
said that here employee need training and 20% said
that NO need of training whereas 5% are not sure
about the training

facilities provided by B.S.P ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 49% of BSP employee are satisfied with
the training facility provided by BSP and 48% are not satisfied
whereas 3% of employee are not sure about the training
facilities

training will be helpful to you ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 91% of the BSP employee said that
further training will be helpful to them , 3% said NO Whereas
6% are not sure about the opportunity

programme that you how attended ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 76% of BSP employee are satisfied with
the tenure of training programme and 20% said not satisfied
whereas 4% are not sure about the tenure.
Q. In which area systematic training
provide a solution ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 30% of the employee said that Managing
field will be helpful in taking out the solution by providing
systematic training , 21% said supervising area , 26% said
operating area whereas 23% said all the above .
Q. ) Is the training is relevant to your department
needs ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 70% of BSP employee said that Training
will be relevant to there department needs, 25% said NO
whereas 5% of the employee are not sure about its relevance.
Q. Which method you will prefer for training ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 45% of the BSP employee said that they
like Room training and 35% of them like Job rotation training
whereas 20% were in the favour of Simulation training.
Q. ) Which topic should be covered which can
be useful at work place ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 40% of the employee said that Safety
topic should covered which is useful at workplace, 25% said
that Management topic, 20% said production topic whereas
15% of employee said Quality topic.
Q. Which type of problem you have to face at
work place ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 30% of the BSP employee said that they
get Mangerial problem and 25% said Environmental problem ,
25% said working condition is the problem whereas 20% said
all the above are the major problem.
Q. Up to which extent problem can be solved
through training, according to you ?
INTERPRETATION
In the above graph 40% of the BSP employee said that 75% of
the problem can be solved through training and 30% said that
50% of the problem can be solved and 20% of employee said
that 25% of problem can be solved whereas 10% of the
employee said that 100% problem can be solved.
FINDINGS
employee are very much satisfy with the training
facilities and also it is found that the
management are taking care of the facilities
given to the worker and also helping in sorting
out the problem of employee. So we must say
that BSP is now changing there way of working
by providing a proper training facility to there
employee and earning a lot of profit and also
moving into the world of success where its name
would be re known edgily known.
SUGGESTION
Effort are to be made to cover more and
more employee so that the organization will
find it self equipped enough for taking
promotional decisions.
The work shop in the training section is
now a days in a poor condition so effort are
to be made for the replacement of the old
apparatus and proper maintenance of the
existing one.
SUGGESTION
Management of the organization
must have to invite the suggestion of
change in training programme or
process trainees.
Management of organization also
have to ask from trainees about their
facilities during training programme.
CONCLUSION
We conclude that if BSP is doing
well today than in the future it can
be a most profitable industry of
INDIA. So they have to look after
the training needs of employee and
provide them with full of training
facility and this will open the way of
great success of BSP.
