What Scriptural Based Counseling is:

Scriptural Based Counseling is the result of a 26 year pioneering

effort in which the Scriptures have been researched for answers to the
problems believers face on a daily basis with a desire to see them stabilized in their
TOTAL PERSON (body, mind, and spirit).

Based upon I Thessalonians 5:23 which states:

“And the very God of peace santify you wholly (complete);

and I pray your whole spirit, and soul, and body be
preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ,” (KJV)

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble

themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their
wicked ways then will I hear from heaven and will forgive
their sin and will heal their land.”

II Coronicles 7:14 (KJV)

“And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through

and through -- that is, separate you from profane things,
make you pure and wholly consecrated to God -- and may
your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and
complete (and found) blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ, the Messiah.”

prepare a place for you.”

God created Adam/Eve and gave them a “gift”. The “gift” is an inheritance
known as the mind. Let us begin to examin the “gift” of the mind...

The ministry dedicates itself to the victory of the client and stands with the
individual until they have stabilized in their victory.

Scriputral Based Counseling is not in the hands of men, but in the person
of the Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus Christ. The most outstanding
qualification of the Scriputral Based counselor is his ability to free himself from the
counseling and let the Holy Spirit lead.

The ministry is UTTERLY dependent upon the manifestation of the gifts of

the Holy Spirit to discover the root causes of the client’s stress. Then the
 counselor becomes a source of agreement for the PERSON and
MINISTRY of Lord Jesus Christ to see all manifestations of the stress -- both
conscious and subconscious, surface and root, to be delivered and healed.

This ministry is not vested in man or the knowledge or the expertise of man.
Jesus Christ is the ONLY SOURCE of healing and deliverance.
