    I too got the same problem and i solved it successfully with the below

    code.follow these steps..

    1.start
    2.run
    3.enter the command attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
    4.press enter
    5.change the letter g with your flash drive destination and wait for 2 minutes and
    open the flash drive.

    your data will be regained and now delete the shortcuts
