Subj Using the Volere Process in a Use Case driven approach

Attached is the first draft of the Requirements definition deliverable I am working on for the “Trifecta” project

(AMS/DMS).

I have also attached an “FPL-ized” version of the Use Case manual that is a complement to the Use Case

course that I have delivered to organizations in the past. I feel this document best communicates the overall

concepts. The presentation and exercises allow the participants to interact more directly and take a “hands-on”

approach in understanding these concepts.

Specifically, the following are the steps I have taken thus far in implementing these concepts:

• Create Volere shells from RFS and Project Charter information

o Specifically I utilized an excel spreadsheet that was formatted to mimic the Volere Shell data.

I then created a merge template of the Volere shell.
