Abstract:
This paper presents the connections and similarities between corporate
management and national security management.Current security environment
requires flexible development techniques and practices that can be adapted to
the culture of organizations have become more flexible to market changes,
their activity is much more specific and more varied tools are used.
Interdisciplinary study is the only way to analyze the inter-relationships
between various institutions of the national security sector and civil society.
This work may wish to conclude that providing a framework for
development through formal and non-formal education of young people in
Romania is a strategic objective.
