This must be completed prior to writing your letter of apology and submitted to the RJ Office with the letter—If you have more than one letter to write, you must do one worksheet for each letter and submit it.

1. Describe what happened. Write what you did as if a VCR camera and tape recorder were capturing it. Just the facts as you remember then. There will be a place later to tell what you were thinking and feeling.
