Nadi Suddhi
Feel the nostril where less breath comes out. Start with Inhaling through the other
nostril deeply (Where breath is more) & release through the nostril deeply (where
breath is less).
Do the above for the other nostril. This is one cycle. Do 3 cycles & relax & just
watch.
Again do 3 cycles & relax & watch.

2. Ardh Bastrika Pranayam


Inhale through the less breath nostril deeply & start exhaling through the other
nostril deeply & vigorously (without shaking your body). Just exhaling for around 40
times.
Do this with the other nostril too. This is one cycle. Do 3 cycles & relax & just watch.
Again do 3 cycles & relax & watch.

3. Poom Bastrika Pranayam


Inhale through both the nostrils deeply & start exhaling through both the nostrils
deeply & vigourously (without shaking your body). Just exhaling for around 40
times.
This is one cycle. Do 3 cycles & relax & just watch.
Again do 3 cycles & relax & watch.

4. Kapala bharti
Inhale through both the nostrils deeply & start exhaling through the mouth deeply &
vigorously (without shaking your body). Just exhaling for around 40 times.
This is one cycle. Do 3 cycles & relax & just watch.
Again do 3 cycles & relax & watch.

5. Antar Kumpagh
Inhale through both the nostrils deeply & hold the breath in the tummies (not at
chest) till you can. Then release the breath through mouth deeply.
This is one cycle. Do 6 cycles & relax & just watch.

6. Bagir Kumpagh
Inhale through both the nostrils deeply & just release deeply. Then hold the breath
outside till you can. Then again inhale the breath deeply.
This is one cycle. Do 6 cycles & relax & just watch.

7. Mool Bandh
Inhale through both the nostrils deeply & just release deeply. Then hold the breath
outside till you can. While holding the breath outside, pull your anus part upwards
as if your closing its mouth. Then again inhale the breath deeply & continue the
above.
This is one cycle. Do 6 cycles & relax & just watch.

Then finally Lie down & relax completely in a let go state.
