This U.S. insurance company has been grinding its way up since it fell to $53.69 back in late November
from the peak of $57.55. At the moment TRV has reached $55.98, surpassing the prior peak at $55.96
before it settled at $55.87. More upside is seen but the key will be the resistance at $57.55.

EMAs are still on the rise along with the MACD and RSI. RSI is within the neutral zone, so it suggests that
the room for more gains is ample. Volume however, does not seem to be supportive except one spike
up on December 17th when the stock fell.

TRV booked its biggest gains in October when it climbed 12.52%. It fell in November, but in December it
has gained 3.48%. Since January the stock has gained 11.16%, putting it to the 13th spot among other
Dow components.

TRV’s obvious target is $57.55, where a breach of this resistance may take the insurer higher to $58.10
and $58.56 afterwards. To maintain this bullish outlook, TRV should hold above $54.14 or risk a fall back
towards $53.69. Below $53.69 would risk even deeper slide to $51.59. At that point, the bullish picture
will deteriorate further as the price would have fallen below the EMAs.
