Description: Workers standard of living increasing safety measures taken by workers, trade
unions private unions. Labour laws implementation of the workers. To increase wage and
financial incentives what are the steps taken by the workers. To increase output of the
organization workers motivation. Working environment medical aids given by the workers.

Conclusion: In my project report I observed what are the steps taken by the workers to increase
the workers standard of living safety, work environment condition are good.
