What’s the time commitment?

 

TIPS
is
based
on
respect
and
maturity.

You’ll
schedule
your
own
meet‐ups

(coffee,
a
pint,
whatever)
at
least
twice
a

month
to
keep
the
discussion
flowing.


Soon
there’ll
be
the
first
mixer,
with
a

chance
to
talk
with
your
co‐mentor
in

larger
groups.
There’ll
be
a
few
more
of

these
until
the
end
of
Lent
term,
when

the
scheme
concludes
and
we
ask
for

feedback.

 
How’s it different from buddying? 
 
TIPS
is
fully
two‐way.
That’s
why
it’s

  called
“co‐mentoring”:
neither

has
a
monopoly
on
good
advice.
