This document contains questions about the parallel nature of lines and moving shapes in an image, followed by instructions to stare at a pulsating circle at the center and see waves moving outward, with a suggestion to see a doctor if nothing is seen. It also notes that lines appear straight but a checkerboard pattern seems to bulge out, inviting the reader to test the straightness of lines with a piece of paper.

waving and moving from the center? Pulsating Vortex Stare into the centre of the circle. You should see pulsating waves moving outward from the centre. If you don't see this, see a doctor! Totally straight lines, but it sure looks like this wacky checkerboard is bulging right off the screen. If you don't believe it, just hold a peice of paper up to test the straightness of all the lines.
