The article would be an attempt to give the kobolds a racial feat pool without stepping on

the toes of future development of the race, while developing a different view on kobolds
and trying to break the ‘racial monoculture’ problem. This would be achieved via
bloodline feats for a flourishing young culture of scavenging nomads who run the plains
barefooted and unnoticed. A hunter-gatherer society that does not fall in the usual
stereotype, the savanna kobolds are still kobolds, and thus are skilled in ambush tactics
and trapping.
Feats would alter the Shifty racial power, deal with wilderness stealth, shortbow and one-
handed spear specialty, among other things.
