• Missouri received $253 million in tobacco settlement payments and taxes in FY2010.3
• Missouri has not securitized any of its Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) dollars.4

• Smoking restrictions to designated areas are required in all government buildings, health
facilities, and restaurants. Restaurants with seating for less than 50 people are exempt
from such restrictions.
• Establishments are required to post signs stating that sales to minors are prohibited.
• Tobacco products must be displayed behind a register or within the line of sight of store
clerks.
