Details on setting up YAMJ on your PC to work with your Playon!

HD Movie Jukebox

Setup: Movies stored in Movies folder in Y:\ (Doesn't matter where, substitute Y:\ for where your movies are)

1. Install Java from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

2. Create new folder on your PC name YAMJ, E.G. C:\YAMJ\
3. Download YAMJ from http://code.google.com/p/moviejukebox/downloads/list
4. Extract the YAMJ archive to this folder. Do not create a sub-folder, just extract it and it will create all the required folders
5. Download MediaInfo from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mediainfo/files/binary/
o Note: You must download the CLI version of MediaInfo (look for CLI in the filename)
o If you are on windows 32bit get the package MediaInfo_CLI_x.x.x.x_Windows_i386.zip
o If you are on Windows 64bit get the package MediaInfo_CLI_x.x.x.x_Windows_x64.zip
o If you are on Mac get the package MediaInfo_CLI_x.x.x_Mac_Universal.dmg
o If you are on another operating system, choose the appropriate package.
o NOTE: If you are on Mac or Linux you may need to make the mediainfo.exe file executable before it will be recognised by YAMJ:
chmod 755 *.exe
6. In the YAMJ folder create a new folder and name it MediaInfo (no spaces) extract the files into that folder
7. Download YAMJ Gui tool from http://mediaplayersite.com/YAMJ_GUI_Config_ACR to your YAMJ folder
8. Extract the GUI Tool to this folder
9. Run "YAMJ GUI Config (ACR)" and target your Playon!HD internal HDD movie folder. This will generate the ACR_YAMJ.cmd &
ACR_Library.xml
10. Your folder should now look something like the image below

Finally open the YAMJ folder (if it's closed) and double click ACR_YAMJ.cmd

This should open a cmd window (DOS box) and your movie files will be indexed.

Opening the index

On your Playon!HD

1. Enter Movie Jukebox menu

2. Enter the location of your Jukebox and after auto-scan, select which Jukebox to start (if you have more than one Jukebox)
3. After the cover art thumbnail of the movies appear, select the title which you want to view in more details
4. Press the [ENTER] button on the remote control to play the movie

Re-running YAMJ

When you add new movies to the jukebox, correct movie details or add new posters and fanart, you can re-run YAMJ by just clicking on the
ACR_YAMJ.cmd file. Assuming that you haven't changed where the movies are stored, YAMJ should re-run and add the new files to the index.
