    POLICY TITLE: Administrative Advisory Meetings POLICY NO:

    Minidoka County Joint School District # 331 PAGE 1 of 1

    It is the intent of the Board of Trustees of the Minidoka County Joint School District No. 331
    that an effective communication link be maintained between the teachers and the school district
    administration.

    Provisions:

    Topics that might be discussed would include explanations of policies and practices, suggested
    ways to improve or change policy, improve public relations, and other items directed to the
    betterment of the educational process.

    To achieve this goal, the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent will meet monthly with
    the executive officers of the Minidoka County Educational Association (MCEA) and monthly
    with the Classified Committee. In addition, the Superintendent will have a monthly board
    meeting review which will be open to all employees.
