Beer Bread.......Anthony Spinelli.

Beer bread is a recipe that has been baked by many people over the last few year
s.
This is my version of good Beer Bread that i have made several times.
Bake this in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes...
3-cups flour.
3-tsp Baking powder.
1/2-tsp salt.
1/4-cup sugar.
1/2-cup raisins soaked for five minutes in warm water.Drain raisins before addin
g
to flour mix.
1/4-cup butter melted and poured over top before baking.
1-12 ounce bottle of room temperature beer of your choice.
1-tsp vanilla extract.
Mix all dry ingredients,add raisins,drain raisins,add vanilla extract,then add
the beer of your choice...Mix everything well and place into a 9 inch by 5 inch
loaf pan that has been greased and floured....Pour the 1/4 cup of melted butter
over the top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes....
This is very easy to make and it is very tasty...This is my version of the beer
bread...Most recipes do not add raisins or vanilla extract...I have found that
adding the raisins and the vanilla bring this bread to a new level...
