ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, HERNANDO F. BAGNAS,,Citizen of the Philippines , of legal age, single, presently

residing at No.57 Amistad St.,Camp 7,Kennon Road,Baguio City, to be my/our true and lawful
attorney and representative, to act for and in my/our name and stead and to perform the following
acts:

• To negotiate, transact business and to sign all necessary papers and documents for me
and in my name with regards to the sale/transfer of a parcel of land covered by TCT No.
T-88267 issued by the Registry of Deeds, Baguio City, to whosoever may buy or
purchase the described real property.
• To receive all payments/cash due to me for the said sale and acknowledge receipt of the
same;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my/our said lawful attorney and representative full power and
authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the foregoing as fully to
all intents and purposes as I/we might or lawfully do if personally present and HEREBY
APPROVING all that she may do by virtue hereof.
