EJERCICIOS RESUELTOS
Determine el conjunto solución de las siguientes ecuaciones irracionales:

1) x + 2 = 4 /2

x + 2 = 16
x = 14
Comprobación:

14 + 2 = 16 = 4

⇒ S = { 14 }

2) x + 2 = –4 /2

x + 2 = 16
x = 14
Comprobación:

14 + 2 = 16 = 4

⇒ S = ∅

3) x + 1 – x – 2 = 1

x + 1 = 1 + x – 2 /2

x + 1 = 1 + 2 x – 2 + x – 2

2 = 2 x – 2

1 = x – 2

1 = x – 2
3 = x
Comprobación:

3 + 1 – 3 – 2 = 4 – 1 = 2 – 1 = 1

⇒ S = {3}
