ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
a. By using the Phillips Screwdriver (not supplied),
unscrew the Lock Screws to take the Column Sleeve to

STEP 2:
a. Locate the two Half Column Sleeves over the Post
installed on the Ground. Secure the two Half Column
Sleeves together with Lock Screws. Hand tighten until Post
snug with Phillips Screwdrivers (not supplied).
